| Since the 2016 National Health and Health Conference was held,the physical fitness of the people has attracted attention,and health has become a key topic of discussion between the country and the people.With the development momentum of "Internet+" and big data,the market capacity of China’s mobile health industry is rapidly expanding,and applications such as “Internet + medical” and “Internet +health” relying on mobile communication technology are rapidly growing,Sports and fitness apps have also been developed.This research is dedicated to helping designers and operators of sports apps to clarify the reasons that affect users’ continued use of the app,helping such companies find their own development positioning among many competitors,establish software advantages,grasp user needs and improve The long-term willingness of users to promote their product innovation and development.The main context of the article research is:First of all,starting from the background of the Healthy China era,combined with domestic and foreign research materials,understand the research status of sports apps,continuous use intentions and sports APP continuous use intentions,and ground the theory of the main methods of this research and rational behavior theories,Technology acceptance model,information system success model and other basic theories related concepts are defined.Secondly,using grounded theory methodology,the Keep app is used as the data collection object to collect user comments,and the original data is summarized through an open,axial,and selective three-level coding process,and its main categories are drawn and passed through these categories.The relationship between extracts the influencing factors that affect the user’s use of sports APP,and builds a theoretical model.Finally,design a questionnaire and collect data information,and then perform descriptive statistical analysis,reliability,validity analysis and correlation analysis on the data,use Amos software to build a structural equation model,and perform confirmatory factor analysis,cluster validity analysis,and analysis.Path analysis,and finally come to a conclusion.The main conclusions are as follows: perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,service quality,and objective factors significantly positively affect users’ willingness to continue use;information quality,behavior,attitude,and service quality affect the willingness to continue use through the moderating effect of perceived usefulness;system quality,Objective factors significantly affect the user’s willingness to continue to use through the adjustment effect of perceived ease of use.Based on the results of the model test,suggestions are made for improving the utilization rate of sports APP users,mainly including improving technical services,charging reasonable fees,optimizing service content,and ensuring user privacy. |
