Due to the rapid development of our national colleges and universities in recent years,it has gradually occupied an important role in the development of the entire education industry.Among them,the ability level of full-time teachers has become an important factor for private universities to play an advantage in the market,and has become the key to the university's foothold.Therefore,private colleges and universities need to further think about further motivating full-time teachers to help the sustainable development of colleges and universities.Based on the existing academic research results on teacher motivation,the article refers to the relevant content and process-based incentive theory,and takes the GX vocational college of Nanchang private college as the research object,through the research method of combining questionnaires and interviews.Analyze and study the incentives of full-time teachers in the research object,summarize the shortcomings of the current internal incentive strategies of teachers,analyze the reasons in depth,and make suggestions for the future sustainable development of Nanchang GX Vocational College according to the actual situation,hoping to promote our national colleges and universities.The part-time teacher incentive mechanism is partially inspired and referenced.According to the in-depth analysis conducted by the author,the current inadequacy of teacher incentives in Nanchang GX Vocational College includes the following: improper construction of the teacher team,lack of professional enthusiasm and attribution of teachers,lack of stability within the teacher team,teachers The overall salary of the staff is low,there is no reasonable promotion channel,and the corresponding incentive mechanism for scientific research is lacking.Based on the current situation of Nanchang GX Vocational College and its subsequent development expectations,this paper summarizes the schemes for optimizing the teacher incentive mechanism in the government,schools and teachers.The main contents include: policy support on the government: First,actively apply for subsidies related to the state finance,and effectively improve the level of treatment of teachers;second,actively pay attention to various preferential policies of the state to attract more talents;Establish project funds for special awards within the school and encourage teachers to carry out production,study and research.Regarding teachers' own motivations: First,teachers need to adjust traditional ideas and ideas,and actively participate in the development of private education;second,do a good job of improving their own abilities and develop professional competence;third,do a good job in self-management and establish Good motivation.
