Compensation is the basic method for enterprises to attract,retain,and motivate talents.It is a way for enterprises to reward employees' value creation and also an important way for enterprises to promote employees' work enthusiasm.To judge whether the compensation system of an enterprise is reasonable and whether the compensation strategy has an incentive effect,it mainly depends on the feedback result of employees,namely compensation satisfaction.The research object of this paper is a private seafarer training institution—HX maritime school.Through actual visit and investigation,it is found that the incentive effect of compensation is weakening when HX marine school gains rapid development.Low pay has even sapped employees' work enthusiasm.Under the current compensation system of HX maritime school,the employee's compensation is derailed from the market compensation.The compensation promotion strategy is not organized,and the diversified demands of employees are ignored by the management,and other problems are increasingly prominent.It can be concluded that the existing compensation system has been unable to meet employees' expectations for compensation.More cannot effectively support the enterprise to achieve the strategic objectives.Employees' dissatisfaction with compensation will lead to the failure of the enterprise to attract,retain and motivate talents smoothly,and at the same time,it will lead to the difficulty in maintaining the stability of the employee team.Compensation has increasingly become an important factor hindering the long-term development of HX maritime school.This paper studies the employee's compensation system of HX maritime school.First of all,the research background and significance are expounded,and the research results on compensation at home and abroad are reviewed.Secondly,on the basis of understanding the actual situation of HX maritime school in terms of organizational structure and personnel,the method of Rucker coefficient,questionnaire survey was comprehensively used to research the current compensation of HX maritime school,and the SEM was used to analyze the relationship between the influencing factors ofthe staff satisfaction with salary of HX maritime school,then put forward the salary satisfaction improvement plan of HX maritime school.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary satisfaction promotion plan of HX maritime school,this paper proposes safeguard measures from three aspects such as concept transformation,internal management and market positioning.
