Colleges and universities as the forefront of technological innovation andpersonnel training to face the opportunities and challenges of the reform, theenthusiasm of teachers’ work and teachers the stable development of the relationshipbetween education development and the question of survival. Pay as an importantfactor to affect the steady development of university teachers work ethic and teachers,the research also becomes very urgent and necessary. Therefore, for universityteachers pay satisfaction is very necessary for the stability and development ofuniversity teachers, teachers’ enthusiasm for work, and promote the reform anddevelopment of colleges and universities.The study is based on the above background, reference to domestic and foreignscholars collected in the form of public universities pay satisfaction surveys andstudies on the basis of sample in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province three schools and aschool in Jiujiang City, the use of questionnaires and interviews to the relevant dataand information, with the software MINITAB an empirical analysis. Finally, theresults of the analysis put forward some suggestions.This study first analyzes the background and significance of the research topic,the research contents, methods and main innovation of this study.Secondly, elaborated on the Compensation management involves concepts andtheoretical basis, in order to define the boundaries of the object of study, construct acomplete research system, making this study feasible. Also laid a theoreticalfoundation for the later analysis.Third, the self-questionnaire, from the "personal","pay status survey" salarysatisfaction survey "the design of the questionnaire, and took a stratified randomsampling method, in colleges and universities choose a different age, title, job, genderstaff conducted a questionnaire survey voluntarily complete recovery. Use thestatistical software MINTAB questionnaire data analysis, a preliminary understandingof teachers’ salaries income levels and satisfaction, and the relevant data to make aquantitative analysis to identify a common problem.Finally, targeted proposed Solutions enhance the Jiangxi College pay satisfaction. I hope this study provides theoretical reference to Public Institutions of Highercompensation management.
