Research On The Competitiveness Of Online Education Enterprises

The rapid development of Internet technology has spawned many emerging industries,and online education is one of the most distinctive.In the application and promotion of high technology and the great attention of the state to the education industry,the online education has begun to emerge.Online education largely solves the problem of imbalanced educational resources caused by regions and materials,broke the barriers of time and space,the development prospects are very broad.Many traditional education and training institutions and enterprises in other industries have begun to lay out online education business,and the market competition is extremely fierce.However,due to slow technology development and unclear profit model,most enterprises currently have problems of cash difficulties,and there are no benchmark enterprises in the industry.Therefore,online education companies need to find their own shortcomings,learn from successful experiences,and improve their competitiveness to ensure better development in the fierce market competition.Based on this,we first sort out the relevant theories about the competitiveness of online education enterprises and lay a theoretical foundation.Secondly,through the analysis of the development status and environment of online education industry,it can be concluded that the development prospects of the education industry are very broad,but the competition is fierce,which means that online education companies must improve their competitiveness in order to survive the competition.Based on the research of domestic scholars' evaluation index system of enterprise competitiveness,combined with the characteristics of online education enterprises,the evaluation index system of online education enterprise competitiveness was constructed and 25 representative online education enterprises were selected.Empirical analysis was conducted with data from 2015-2017:training and constructing a BP neural network model,finding a three-year enterprise competitiveness index for online education companies;constructing a self-organizing neural network model,using the resulting enterprise competitiveness index to conduct online education,enterprises are divided into four categories.Through specifically analyzed for four types of online education enterprises,the operational capacity,profitability,research and development capabilities and the number of managers are the main factors affecting the competitiveness of online education enterprises.Finally,based on the empirical analysis and the characteristics of the online education enterprises,this paper discusses the ways to improve the competitiveness of online education enterprises and puts forward suggestions for improving the competitiveness of online education enterprises.
