Academic emotion is an important emotional experience in the learning process,which is easily affected by the external environment.Junior high school students just from primary school into junior high school,learning and living environment changes dramatically,in the process of learning,they are prone to boredom,anxiety and other negative emotions,affecting their academic performance and physical and mental health.Aerobic dance is very popular among junior high school students.Based on the previous research results,this experiment discusses the influence of aerobic dance teaching on the academic mood of junior high school students,which has practical reference and practical guiding significance for improving the academic mood of junior high school students,improving the physical health level of junior high school students,and enriching the content of physical education and health courses in junior high school.This paper takes the influence of aerobic dance on the academic mood of the first grade students of junior high school as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,experiment psychological measurement,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,etc.to conduct a 12 week aerobic dance teaching experiment on 110 students in two classes of the first grade of Hanjiang experimental school in Yangzhou City,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Aerobic dance teaching has a positive impact on the dimensions of positive arousal academic emotions of the first grade students in junior high school..It can effectively improve the level of happy factor,proud factor and hope factor,among which girls happy factor and boys'proud factor have significant significance.(2)Aerobic dance teaching has a positive impact on the dimensions of positive low arousal academic emotions of the first grade students,which can effectively improve the level of satisfaction,calmness and relaxation factors,but there is no significant difference.(3)Aerobic dance teaching has a certain impact on the dimensions of students' negative arousal academic mood,which has a positive effect on the improvement of girls' anxiety factors and a negative effect on boys' anxiety factors.(4)Aerobic dance teaching has a certain negative impact on the dimension of negative low arousal academic emotions of boys in the first year of junior high school.The factors of boredom,helplessness,depression and upset are on the rise,but there is no significant difference;while the level of each factor in the dimension of negative low arousal academic emotions of girls in the first year of junior high school is basically the same.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Schools should pay more attention to aerobic dance,open optional courses for aerobic dance according to the situation,so that students can master more sports skills;at the same time,teachers should focus on students,carry out targeted teaching and learning innovation,improve students' interest in sports,and promote the development of school sports.(2)Under the guidance of the concept of "health first",we should integrate academic emotion into junior middle school physical education,develop new sports,and give full play to the role of sports in junior middle school students' academic emotion.(3)It is suggested that we should continue to extend the intervention time of aerobic dance teaching,and continue to explore the effect of different factors on academic mood through different teaching intensity,investigation of family environment and other methods.
