In order to realize the goal of deepening education reform,the Ministry of Education states that it is necessary to "establish an evaluation system to promote the all-round development of students." Evaluation should pay attention to students' academic achievement and develop students' many potentials,understand the needs of students in development,help students to understand themselves and build self-confidence."Students' academic awareness of themselves is called academic self-ego,and helping students to build a good learning self is to help students build academic self-confidence,especially in the senior grades of primary school." Primary school senior students are faced with the pressure of small upage,the construction of good academic self is not only the only way for students' psychological development,but also can help students to reduce the psychological burden,and lay the foundation for better adapttotization to middle school life.Using qualitative research methods,7 senior elementary school students in J District E Primary School in Zhejiang Province conducted a study,collected relevant information through observation,interview and physical analysis,described and presented their academic self-development,and explored its internal construction mechanism by analyzing their external performance.Through the study,the study found:First,the upper grade students show different academic self-construction.On the basis of its summary and analysis,according to the three angles of students,parents and teachers,the internal mechanism of the academic self-construction of students is put forward,the self-awareness of students leads the construction of students' academic self-construction,the teacher sits on the self-construction of students' academic performance,and the parents provide guarantee for the self-construction of students' academic work,which depends on each other and complements each other.However,the academic self-construction of the senior students in primary school has the main characteristics of individuality,out-of-sync,multi-factor and instability.Secondly,the factors that affect the self-development of primary school senior grades are positive and negative factors.Among the positive factors are the attraction of teachers' personal charm,the multi-faceted support of students' academic self-construction,the benign influence of class peers and the smooth development of students' own academic self-and self-development;Finally,combined with the external performance,construction mechanism and characteristics of the academic self-development of the senior students in primary schools,according to the factors that affect the self-construction of their studies,from the negative and positive factors,the suggestion of five-point self-construction of senior students in primary school students is put forward.First,improve the psychological teaching system,through the setting up of professional psychological curriculum,pay attention to students self-construction,the formation of psychological counseling team to achieve the improvement of the primary school psychological teaching system;Second,to carry out a variety of teacher training,pay attention to teacher development,organize teacher training,promote teacher training,third,arrange a variety of home school activities,conduct parent associations,open parent schools,and fourth,pay attention to multi-family factors,through the establishment of parent files,to understand the basic information of parents,and timely update of information.
