| The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of the awareness of attack and defense on the attention of junior high school students in Wushu Teaching,and to analyze the internal relationship between the awareness of attack and defense and the quality of attention.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the promoting effect of cultivating offensive and defensive consciousness on the attention development of junior middle school students,so as to enrich the research results between sports and attention quality,and at the same time,to supplement and develop the importance of cultivating offensive and defensive consciousness in Wushu teaching,it is hoped that Wushu teaching can be used to promote the attention of junior high school students,help students better understand the meaning of attack and defense in the process of Wushu Learning,and play a certain role in promoting the promotion of Campus Wushu.Methods of literature,Experiment,psychometrics and mathematical statistics were used to study the effects of Wushu attack and defense awareness on the attention of junior high school students,the students of three classes in the first grade of junior middle school in Jiangyin were selected as the experimental subjects.They were divided into experimental group a(training the sense of attack and defense in Wushu),Experimental Group B(Normal Wushu Course)and control group(normal pe course),in the week before the experiment and after the exercise intervention,the attention quality of the subjects was measured with the "youth attention test".The paired sample t test and one-way Anova were used to analyze the experimental data.The results showed that the level of attention distribution in experimental group A was significantly higher than that in Experimental Group B and Control Group after Wushu teaching intervention(p<0.01),there was no significant difference between the Experimental Group B and the Control Group(p=0.891>0.05),And the attention span level of the two groups increased significantly after Wushu teaching intervention(p<0.01),p=0.102>0.05,The level of attention stability of Experimental Group A was significantly higher than that of Experimental Group B and Control Group after Wushu Teaching Intervention(p<0.01),however,there was no significant difference between Experimental Group B and Control Group(p=0.181>0.05).After the intervention of Wushu Teaching,the level of attention transfer in experimental group a increased significantly(p<0.05),while that in Experimental Group B did not(p=0.075>0.05),there was no significant difference in the level of attention transfer between the three groups after intervention(p=0.351>0.05),And the whole attention ability of the two groups increased significantly after the intervention(p<0.01),after intervention,the whole attention ability of Group A was significantly better than that of Group B and Control Group(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between Group B and Control Group(p=0.304>0.05).The main conclusions of this study are:1 Training Wushu Attack and defense consciousness can influence the attention quality of junior high school students,and improve the attention distribution,attention span,attention stability,attention transfer and the whole attention ability.2 Martial arts can affect the attention quality of junior high school students,and improve the attention span of attention distribution,attention stability and overall attention ability.3 It is better to cultivate the consciousness of attack and defense in Wushu to improve the attention distribution,attention stability and the whole attention ability. |
