The physical education teacher troop is the relatively weak link in the entire teaching team construction,is also the entire teaching team construction difficulty.The social status of physical education teachers is not only related to their own quality of life,but also to the stability of rural physical education teachers and the overall level of school physical education development.Therefore,the society should pay more attention to it.This research on the social status identification of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in xingxian county can truly show the social status of existing physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in xingxian county from the perspective of sociology.It is hoped that through this study,PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools can have a clearer understanding,so as to give Suggestions to improve the social status identification of rural PE teachers in xingxian county.Using the scientific methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,field survey and mathematical statistics,this study conducted a comprehensive and clear survey and analysis of the social class status and identity of PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in xingxian county,luliang city.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of school physical education,pedagogy,educational psychology and other disciplines,the collected questionnaires and interviews with individual teachers are analyzed in detail.This study comprehensively analyzed the understanding of the social status of rural physical education teachers in xingxian county,and formulated strategies to optimize the physical quality of physical education teachers,so as to improve the image of physical education teachers in the hearts of the public,and then contribute to the overall quality of physical education teachers in xingxian county.Through the research,the results show that:First,the current social status of rural physical education teachers is relatively low.The main manifestation is that rural physical education teachers are not respected by the society.They are at a certain disadvantage in terms of teaching autonomy,professional growthand development,wages and salaries,promotion of professional titles and positions.The low expectations of society and families for physical education teachers have seriously affected rural physical education teachers' societies.Social Status and Class Identity.Secondly,the current level of rural physical education teachers' social identity is generally better.Facing the severe social status situation,the current level of rural physical education teachers' social identity has not declined significantly.Most rural physical education teachers still like their profession,feel that they can exert their talents,realize their values,and form a better class belonging with their colleagues.Thirdly,the influencing factors of rural PE teachers' social status,class and identity include society,government,family and culture.It is necessary to comprehensively analyze the influence of these factors on rural PE teachers' social status and class identity.Fourthly,the strategies to improve the social status and identity of rural PE teachers include giving rural PE teachers higher social status,looking for bridges across cultural barriers,self-positioning and self-identity of rural PE teachers.
