Objective:Surface electromyography(EMG)was collected from the international master level,national level I,national level II and other excellent archers of Shanxi Archery team.Excellent archers in the release phase main power electrical characteristics of skeletal muscle,and combining with image analysis of release movement technology,so as to evaluate release stage technical action is the rationality of the skeletal muscle power,as the foundation of the archery team Shanxi Province to provide certain reference data preparation and training game,in order to improve athletes' performance targeted Suggestions are put forward.Research methods:The telemetry EMG DTS system produced by Noraxon was used to collect the EMG of the athletes in the process of archery.Then the emG data were rectified,filtered,smoothen,and amplitude standardized to obtain the contribution rate and other EMG indexes.The EMG characteristics of archers were analyzed in two dimensions respectively.The overall EMG characteristics in the release stage were mainly reflected in the strength,activation and movement stability of skeletal muscles.The characteristics of individual dimension are mainly reflected in the degree of skeletal muscle power,activation,stability and consistency of movement.Results:(1)Overall myoelectric characteristics: on the whole,the standardized values of the amplitude of each skeletal muscle of the archers at the broadcasting stage were all over 20%.The contribution rate of posterior deltoid fasciculus was the highest among the measured skeletal muscles,among which the contribution rate of the left posterior deltoid fasciculus of male archers and the right deltoid fasciculus of female archers was the highest.After statistical analysis,it was found that the consistency value offemale archers' movements and the standardized value of ilium muscle amplitude were higher than that of male archers on the whole,with significant statistical differences(P =0.002).(2)Individual EMG characteristics: the contribution rate and average RMS amplitude of left posterior deltoid fasciculus of Zhang in the broadcasting stage were the highest,and the movement consistency index data were generally low.The contribution rate and the mean RMS amplitude of the posterior fasciculus of the right deltoid muscle and the right trapetus of Han in the broadcasting stage were relatively large,and the movement consistency index was generally small and relatively ideal.The contribution rate of the posterior fasciculus of the right deltoid muscle and the mean amplitude of RMS were the highest at the broadcasting stage.The contribution rate and the average amplitude of RMS of the posterior fasciculus of the left deltoid muscle were the highest in wang 's release stage.The contribution rate of the posterior fasciculus of the left deltoid muscle and the average amplitude of RMS were the highest in sun's release stage,while the action consistency index of the left erector spinalis muscle was greater.The contribution rate of the posterior fasciculus of the left deltoid muscle and the mean amplitude of RMS were the highest in li 's release stage.The contribution rate of the posterior fasciculus of the left deltoid and the mean amplitude of RMS were the highest at the stage of scattering,while the action consistency index of the right trapetus was greater.Conclusion:(1)Overall EMG characteristics: archers in the release stage of the skeletal muscle EMG characteristics have common laws,but also differences between the sexes.In the release stage,the skeletal muscles measured by archers should be activated.The contribution rate of deltoid muscle posterior bundle is the highest among the tested skeletal muscles,and it is the most critical force generating skeletal muscle in the stage of release.The contribution rate of left trigonal posterior tract was the highest in men and the highest in women.The movement stability of female archers is higher than that of male archers on the whole;the activation degree of female skeletal muscle is higher than that of male archers on the whole.(2)Individual electromyographic characteristics: there are individual differences between archers in the main skeletal muscle and the consistency of movement stability.Zhang and Han are ideal in the stability and consistency of the movement.Only in the consistency of the right trapezius muscle of Zhang can we continue to strengthen the stability of the movement,can continue to maintain the state,and is conducive to the stability and improvement of the performance.Fang is the left latissimus dorsi in the release stage of archery;Wang is the right latissimus dorsi,right trapezius,right erector spinalis,left erector spinalis and left latissimus dorsi in the release stage of archery;sun is the left erector spinalis in the release stage of archery;Li is the right erector spinalis in the release stage of archery;fan is the right trapezius in the release stage of archery,with a large range of action Due to its low consistency and stability,attention should be paid in the future training process to ensure the improvement of technology and performance.
