In order to keep pace with the times and meet the needs of future social development,“literacy-based” education has become a new round of education hotspots.Countries around the world have formulated various core literacy frameworks based on their own needs and national characteristics.China has also formulated a core literacy framework adapted to the changes of the times.In the core literacy framework of each country,social responsibility is an issue that no country can avoid,and social responsibility literacy is an important dimension of core literacy.Cultivating students' social responsibility literacy is not only an internal demand for students' physical and mental development,but also an external expectation given by society.As the most important way for students to promote development,teaching should play an important role in the cultivation of social responsibility literacy.Teachers should take the initiative to shoulder the burdens of the times and develop corresponding teaching capabilities to effectively cultivate students' social responsibility literacy.Therefore,this research is based on the theory of “moral teachability”and Dewey's moral education.It uses literature analysis,questionnaires,and interviews to explore the dimensions,status quo,influencing factors,and factors of teaching abilities of primary school teachers based on social responsibility literacy.Corresponding strategies for the development of teaching ability.This research mainly includes the following:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this research,selects and explains the research methods and theoretical foundations,and collects and sorts out domestic and foreign literature on social responsibility literacy and teaching ability.On the basis of the definition of social responsibility literacy,teaching ability and other related concepts.The second chapter is the investigation of teaching abilities of primary school teachers based on social responsibility literacy,which is mainly based on the collation and analysis of existing papers,books and related national documents,and examines the teaching abilities of primary school teachers based on social responsibility literacy.It is concluded that the teaching abilities of primary school teachers based on social responsibility literacy are: teaching design abilities,teaching implementation abilities,teaching evaluation abilities,and teaching innovation abilities.Among them,teaching innovation abilities have certain effects on other dimensions of teaching abilities.With some specific observation and evaluation indicators.These contents laid the foundation for the analysis and formulation of the questionnaire and interview outline.The third chapter is a survey of the status quo of primary school teachers' teaching ability based on social responsibility literacy and analysis of influencing factors.Based on the teaching ability dimensions divided in the previous chapter,a questionnaire was developed and distributed.The society of a total of 480 primary school teachers in 5 primary schools in H City was investigated.The status quo of responsible literacy teaching ability,and the relevant factors affecting the development of primary school teachers' social responsibility literacy teaching ability are analyzed and summarized through the analysis of the interview content.Combining the results of interview coding,the four main supporting bodies that influence the development of primary school teacher ' s teaching ability are obtained: Government and educational administration,teacher education institutions,serving schools,teachers themselves.These contents set the direction for the development of countermeasures.The fourth chapter is the development strategy of elementary school teachers 'teaching ability based on social responsibility literacy.It mainly focuses on the influencing factors obtained in the previous chapter,and proposes the influencing factors of elementary school teachers' teaching ability based on social responsibility literacy based on the supporting body.Among them,the government mainly conducts macro-control in terms of funding input,development of guidance standards,formulation of policies and regulations,and reform of the macro-system.Teacher education institutions mainly provide assistance in improving the content and form of courses,increasing training opportunities and conditions,and building platforms for cooperation and development.Factors such as the importance attached by leaders in the incumbent school,teaching conditions,school running philosophy,campus atmosphere,and management system affect the development of teachers' teaching ability all the time.Teachers themselves need to play their subjective initiative in changing their original misconceptions,actively practicing reflection in daily teaching life,relying on collective power,and seeking opportunities for cooperation.The development of primary school teachers 'teaching ability based on social responsibility literacy requires the cooperation of the four major supporting parties,Ctrip,so as to more effectively cultivate primary school students' social responsibility literacy,in order to respond to the internal demands of the comprehensive development of primary school students and the external expectations of society.
