Teaching is the key to cultivate talents.The quality of teaching directly affects the quality of talents.Teachers are the main body of teaching practice.The quality and level of teachers' teaching reflect their teaching quality,which determines the quality of talents.In the period of popularization of higher education in China,the quality of university teaching and personnel training has declined in different degrees.The public has questioned the quality of higher education,and improving the quality of higher education has become an important goal in the field of higher education,which requires colleges and universities to take improving the teaching ability and teaching level of teachers as the primary task.However,our country started late.In 2012,the Ministry of Education decided to build a national teacher teaching development demonstration center.In October of the same year,the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of 30 national teacher teaching developmet demonstration centers,such as Xiamen University Teacher Development Center.Compared with the United States,the construction of the University Teachers' teaching development center in our country is not perfect,and its training courses need to be discussed.This paper attempts to study the training courses of the teachers' teaching development center of the University of Michigan,Stanford University and Harvard University,including six parts:The first part is the introduction.It introduces the related research status at home and abroad and concept definition and research background,purpose,significance,ideas and methods of the curriculum setting of Chinese college center for faculty development.The second part discusses the development process of the center from two aspects: the background and the process of its establishment;the third part introduces the training curriculum of three universities,mainly from two aspects: university teachers and graduate assistants;The fourth part is a comparative analysis of the curriculum design of three university teachers' teaching development center;the fifth part describes some problems existing in the training curriculum of China University Teachers' teaching development center,analyzes the causes of the problems from several angles,and puts forward some suggestions for the training curriculum design of China University Teachers' teaching development center.
