| The primary goal of colleges and universities is teaching.Teachers and teaching are the foundation of universities and the foundation of development.They are the most important components of universities.The education level of a university directly affects the social reputation of the university,and also affects the development of the university.All countries and all walks of life in the world attach great importance to the improvement of education quality,and improving the construction and development of university teacher teaching development centers is a necessary condition for providing university teacher education.This paper study the operating mechanism of Harvard Bork Center.First,it reviews and compares the historical evolution of university teachers’ development centers at home and abroad,and focuses on the organizational structure of the operating mechanism of Harvard Bork Center.This paper summarizes the organizational form and activities of Bock.Secondly,it analyzes and studies the staff security mechanism of Bock Center from the perspectives of human resource system,fund and welfare.Then it analyzes the evaluation mechanism of Bock Center,focusing on the teaching evaluation mechanism.Including Q evaluation,early and middle feedbacks and continuous feedbacks.Finally,in the light of the actual situation in China,we discuss the successful experience of the operation mechanism of the Bok Center for Teaching and Learning at Harvard University,and put forward targeted suggestions for improving the construction of teaching and learning development centers in China’s colleges and universities from three latitudes: changing the development concept,improving the guarantee system and improving the quality of activities. |
