Research On The Mechanism Of Join Forces To Ideological And Political Education Of Graduate Students In The New Era

In recent years,the media's exposure of the negative news related to graduate students,such as "Fudan drug case","Zhai Tianlin academy" and other events,has made the ideological and political education of graduate students more widely concerned and hot discussed by the public.With the coming of the new era,the connotation of Ideological and political education for postgraduates is more and more abundant,and the task of cultivating new people with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor is more and more urgent and arduous.Under the background of "three elements of all-round education",it is an important way to actively explore and innovate the path of Ideological and political education and form the mechanism of graduate ideological and political education.Starting from the definition of the basic connotation of the mechanism of Ideological and political education for postgraduates,this paper clarifies the main elements and internal structure of the mechanism on the basis of relevant concepts and theories,analyzes the practical problems and reasons behind the mechanism construction through empirical investigation,and further puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,on the basis of the historical experience and relevant theories of joint effort education,this paper combs and grasps the relevant concepts,and attempts to define the connotation of the mechanism of joint effort education of Ideological and political education for postgraduates.Secondly,on the basis of the concept and theory,it clarifies the main elements of the mechanism,such as the subject,the object,the content and so on.Then,through interviews and other empirical research methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the mechanism of Ideological and political education of graduate students,summarizes the existing problems from the two aspects of the subject and object of education,and analyzes the reasons behind the system root.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of the perfection of the system,the integration of the team,the layout of the organization and the implementation of the methods.
