Ideological And Political Education About All-round Strategy Of Educating People Combined With Features Of Majors

Ideological and political work has always been one of the important tasks of the Communist Party of China,and is regarded as the lifeline of economic work and all other work in the party.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference: "we should integrate all kinds of links between Ideological and moral education,cultural knowledge education and social practice education,and run through all fields of basic education,occupation education and higher education." At the forum for teachers of Ideological and political courses in schools,it was stressed that "running ideological and political courses in schools is related to the successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is an important guarantee for training generations of socialist builders and successors.On this issue,we must improve our political standing and deepen our ideological understanding.We must take a clear-cut and unambiguous stand,conduct a sound ideological and political course,and truly implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people." Ideological and political theory course is the main channel of Ideological and political education for college students,and it is also a key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education.However,there is still a gap in the implementation of Ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.For a long time,the ideological and political education is separated from professional education,theory and practice are separated,and the effect of Ideological and political education is not strong.How to carry out the ideological and political education work well and make the ideological and political education effective is the problem that the ideological and political education workers are always exploring.Using the methods of literature review and empirical investigation,this paper reveals the existing problems of Ideological and political education in HigherVocational Colleges from four aspects: educational power,educational strength of network ideological and political education,form and content of education,and carrier of all-round education.The professional characteristics of higher vocational colleges are taken as the breakthrough point to study the comprehensive education of Ideological and political education.Combining with the characteristics of students’ major,we should carry out all-round education of Ideological and political education.On the basis of giving full play to the main responsibility of school education,we should integrate the educational resources of school,family and society.In teaching and social practice,we should construct the carrier of Ideological and political education,create an all-round educational environment of Ideological and political education,and then solve the problems caused by the lack of pertinence in the form and content of Ideological and political education The effectiveness of Ideological and political education is not strong.And through the research and reflection after practice,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to realize the all-round education of Ideological and political education combining with professional characteristics.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the source of the subject,the purpose and significance of the research,research ideas and methods,literature review and domestic and foreign research overview,and defines the relevant core concepts.The second part is the comprehensive education theory analysis of Ideological and political education combined with professional characteristics,mainly introduces the value objectives and requirements of Higher Vocational Ideological and political education;the concept and elements of all-round education of Ideological and political education in higher vocational education;the concept and theoretical support of Ideological and political education with professional characteristics.The third part is the analysis of the main problems and reasons of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.This part through literature review,research data attribution analysis,concluded that the current ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges in all-round education: the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak,the network ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is not enough,the content and form of Ideological andpolitical education in higher vocational colleges are separated from each other in different degrees,and the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak There are some problems such as the lack of pertinence in the all-round education carrier of governance education.The fourth part is the practice of Ideological and political education in Liupanshui vocational and technical college combined with the characteristics of rehabilitation treatment technology.It focuses on the all-round educational practice of Ideological and political education of "multi-party cooperation and realistic education".The fifth part from the promotion of Ideological and political education team construction project,strengthen the core force of all-round education;fight for network ideological discourse power,strengthen network ideological and political education;carry out ideological and political education practice based on specialty,enhance the effect of all-round education;pay close attention to professional characteristics,build all-round education carrier,create practice education brand and so on Ideological and political education in an all-round way to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
