Research On The Problem Of College Students' Employment From The Perspective Of Marx's Concept Of Happiness

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and social and economic development has entered a new stage,The employment situation of college students is changing quietly.As a special group,the employment of college students is an important livelihood issue of the whole society.There are many factors affecting the employment of college students,and the employment attitude of college students is one of the important factors.So the focus of the paper is to give play to the guiding role of the Marxism concept of happiness,with the Marxism concept of happiness theory,to improve the employment happiness index of college students and to guide students to form correct employment attitude.The paper studies the employment of college students from the perspective of Marxism concept of happiness.First of all,the basic connotation,characteristics and contemporary enlightenment of Marxism concept of happiness are elaborated.Respecting people's needs should be taken as a prerequisite to elaborate Marxism concept of happiness,and Marxism concept of happiness encourages people to obtain happiness through labor,and harvests the double happiness,people-centred happiness view,of material and spiritual in the process of labor.And it provides people with a scientific concept of happiness.Second,the important guiding role of Marxism happiness concept for college students ' employment is discussed.As an important employment subject in society,college students' correct attitude on employment can be established,and their scientific world view can be formed by a scientific view of happiness,so that the free and comprehensive development of college students can be promoted.And then,this paper concludes the employment characteristics and existing problems of college students through questionnaire surveys,and on this basis,the causes of the problem are explored.Finally,taking the Marxism concept of happiness as a guide,with the aim of promoting the realization of happy employment with the correct employment concept,countermeasures from the five levels of the state,society,universities,families,and individuals to promote students employment happiness are proposed.In the new era,people's pursuit and desire for a better life are very urgent.Based on the Marxism concept of happiness,the analysis of countermeasures to realize the happy employment of college students maters the realization of the Chinese nation's greatrejuvenation and the future of the Chinese nation.
