| The higher the students' sense of self-efficacy is,the better learning experience and results they can acquire in biological learning.The subject of junior high school biology originates from life and serves life.The knowledge learned is closely related to students Learning biology well not only benefits students' life but also promotes the development of physical and mental health.However,according to a questionnaire survey on students,it was found that there are several problems in the current junior high school biology classroom,such as,teachers' low awareness of goals,the single teaching evaluation method,and cramming education.The investigation also found that such biology teaching strategies reduced students' interest and self-efficacy in biology learning.Based on the analysis of the reasons for these problems,the author proposed to build a "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment" teaching model in junior middle school biology teaching to change the current problems in the biology classroom and enhance students' self-efficacy in biological learning.The teaching mode is applied in junior middle school biology to verify its influence on the self-efficacy and academic performance of junior middle school students.The sense of self-efficacy refers to the students' subjective judgment of whether they have certain abilities and skills to complete the learning tasks."The consistency of teaching-learning-assessment" refers to taking the learning goal as the core of the whole class,which is both the starting point and the end point,is conducive to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students.This paper first analyzes the feasibility of "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment" in biology class to improve students' sense of self-efficacy in biological learning,then,based on the current theory of "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment",the teaching model of "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment" in junior middle school biology is constructed,which is divided into pre-class teaching design model,classroom teaching model and assessment model,at the same time,how to improve students' sense of self-efficacy in biological learning is discussed.Before the class,the teacher works out the learning goal by understanding the learning situation,decomposes the curriculum standard,makes the corresponding evaluation task according to the learning goal,finally designs the teaching activity which carries out the evaluation task.In class,the teacher presents the student with learning goals and evaluation tasks,and the student knows what they are doing,the students study in a cycle of stage-by-stage communication and stage-by-stage training around the evaluation task.In the process of evaluation,students can know their own advantages and disadvantages in time through the feedback of teachers.In this way,teachers' teaching,students' learning and classroom evaluation are integrated organically,so as to promote the effective achievement of learning goals,and the successful learning experience helps students form a higher sense of self-efficacy.Finally,a teaching case of"the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment" is designed based on improving students'self-efficacy.The consistency of teaching-learning-assessment,which promotes students'self-efficacy in biological learning,is applied to the teaching practice of the experimental class,it was found that students' learning self-efficacy was improved.At the same time,it is found that the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment can significantly improve students' biological performance while improving students'self-efficacy.Therefore,the teaching mode of "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment",which is based on the theory of "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment",is helpful to promote students' self-efficacy and improve their academic achievement.The innovation of this paper lies in:constructing "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment" teaching model in junior middle school biology,and showing the detailed teaching cases,which can provide better reference for other teachers.The construction of "the consistency of teaching-learning-assessment" teaching model is combined with the promotion of students' self-efficacy in biological learning,which not only expands the research of self-efficacy in biological subject,but also shows the advantages of the model. |
