With the development of China's economy and society, more and more migrant agricultural population are gathering in cities, especially the proportion of the new generation of migrant agricultural population is getting higher and higher. They go to cities to seek better development opportunities, seek better jobs and pursue a high-quality life.Whether the new generation of agricultural migrants can adapt to urban life and how well they integrate into it is not only related to the economic and social development, but also affects social stability. It is of great significance to understand scientifically the current integration status of the migrant agricultural population and clarify the non-inclusive dilemma encountered by the migrant agricultural population during the critical period of China's efforts to promote the "people-oriented" new urbanization construction. This paper focuses on the research object of the new generation of agricultural migrants, mainly to solve three problems:first, how the level of city integration, second, what are the influencing factors, and third, how to promote city integration.Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in China in 2017,51,098 sample data were selected to study the city integration of the new generation of agricultural migrants.First, from the perspective of the concept of inclusive development, the author constructs an indicator system of city integration from the two dimensions of"participation" and "sharing".The factor analysis method was used to measure the level of city integration. The integration status of the Shared dimension was better than that of the participation dimension, and the score of the psychological identity dimension was the highest. The trend of segmented assimilation is obvious, and the integration level of the new generation of agricultural migrants with different individual characteristics is different.Secondly, according to the segmented assimilation theory and the characteristics of the new generation of agricultural migrants,14 variables were selected from three aspects:institutional factors, personal capital and flow status, and the influence degree on city integration level was tested by multiple linear regression method, and the robustness of regression model was tested from two aspects:data and variables. The research found that:at the institutional level, whether there is contracted land in the hometown, the application status of residence permit and the application status of social security card all have a significant impact on the level of city integration. At the level of individual capital, human capital such as education level and health status, economic capital such as monthly consumption level, employment difficulties, housing difficulties, social medical insurance ownership, and social capital such as the number of participation in organizational activities and the interaction in spare time all have a significant impact on the level of city integration. Finally, based on the empirical analysis above, policy suggestions are proposed based on the concept of inclusive development:Strengthen the system guarantee, tamp into the foundation;Broaden the participation channels and enhance the ability to participate;Improve the sharing mechanism and improve the integration level.
