With the development of modern teaching theory and education evaluation theory,the integration of teaching and evaluation has become the focus of educators.The curriculum concept of "teaching,learning and evaluation" integration is clearly put forward in the chemistry curriculum standard of general high school(2017),and it is regarded as an effective way and strategy to cultivate the core quality of the discipline.The integration of "teaching,learning and evaluation" advocates the integration of teachers' teaching,students' learning and teaching evaluation,and completes classroom teaching around the teaching goal,so as to promote teaching and learning by evaluation.This research analyzes the current situation of high school chemistry teachers based on the integrated teaching design of "teaching,learning,and evaluation",and analyzes that some teachers of high school chemistry teachers affirm the important position of the integration of "teaching,learning,and evaluation" in teaching,but they are generally I think that this concept is more difficult to practice.The design of teaching objectives depends on the teaching parameters and online reference materials,and involves less training in the core literacy of chemistry.For evaluation design,high school chemistry teachers have paid attention,but they paid little attention to the development of the core literacy of chemistry.Most of them are limited to the achievement of evaluation knowledge and skills,which is inconsistent with the development of the core literacy of students in the new curriculum standards.The author conducts research and practice of high school chemistry teaching design based on the integrated concept of "teaching,learning,and evaluation" through the study of Taylor's principle,reverse teaching design,and other principles,combined with the status of high school chemistry teachers' teaching design.The thesis is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is to consult the relevant literature on the integration of "teaching,learning,and evaluation",and to sort out the integration theory and research status of "teaching,learning,and evaluation".The second part is to compile questionnaires and distribute them,understand the current status of high school chemistry teachers based on the integrated teaching design of "teaching,learning and evaluation",and analyze the problems that need to be solved.The third part is based on theoretical research,and proposes a high school chemistry teacher based on "teaching,learning,evaluation" integrated teaching design model.Make the teaching objectives clear and measurable and easy to operate,and make the evaluation objectives explicit.The fourth part is practical research.In the experimental class,the teaching design based on the integration of "teaching,learning,and evaluation" is used for teaching,while in the control class,the traditional teaching design is adopted.Test the effect of learning,analyze the data obtained,and draw a final conclusion.The results of the study show that high school chemistry teachers affirm the important position of the integration of "teaching,learning,and evaluation" in teaching,but generally believe that the concept is more difficult to practice.The design of teaching objectives depends on the teaching parameters and online reference materials,and involves less training in the core literacy of chemistry.For evaluation design,high school chemistry teachers have paid attention,but paid little attention to the development of core literacy in chemistry.Most of them are limited to the achievement of evaluation knowledge and skills,which is inconsistent with the development of students' core literacy in the new curriculum standards.The integrated teaching design model based on "teaching,learning,and evaluation" proposed in this paper makes the evaluation design concrete,ensuring the guiding role of the teaching objectives and evaluation objectives in the teaching activities.In the teaching practice,through the analysis of the results of the experimental class and the control class,it is found that the integrated teaching design based on "teaching,learning and evaluation" has a significant effect on the student's academic performance in the short term,which can reflect the research The teaching design model still has some effect.
