From Embeddedness To Disembeddedness:the Practical Logic Of College Social Work Professionals Participating In Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since the restoration of the social work profession in the mainland,social work has made tremendous development achievements in education,research,and practice.The academic circles have put forward many theoretical ideas for the development of social work.The embeddedness concept of development is an important part of it.Some researchers have proposed "incremental embeddedness" based on the embeddedness development concept.They believe that incrementally embeddedness social work services can gain further development space by gaining the recognition of stakeholders under certain practical logic.This article is intended to have dialogue with incremental embedding.Specifically,the author's college actively responds to the call of the state to mobilize social forces to participate in poverty alleviation,sets up an internship team in the village.We utilize the advantages of the school and the county government to enter Le Village to achieve embedding.At the beginning,the village committee was very supportive of the service of the intern team,and the social work service was highly recognized by the villagers and the village committee.However,after a period of time,the support of the village committee for social work services declined,showing the characteristics of selective help.Some social work services have not been carried out or blocked.This phenomenon indicates that the space for social work is still limited.It is also contrary to the idea of incremental embedding.Therefore,it also becomes the core issue of this article.This paper uses the "process-event" research strategy to demonstrate the establishment and admission process of professional social work in colleges under strong legitimacy,interactive scene between the village and the village power culture network center.According to the literature and field material of professional social work in colleges and universities,the author constructs a "legality-embeddedness" analysis framework.This framework is used to analyze the structural factors of college professional social work from the beginning of embedding to the later de-embedding.This paper believes that due to the removal of poverty caps and the leadership of the post,the attention of the professional social work service team in colleges and universities is reduced.These have led to the weakening of the legitimacy of professional social work service teams in colleges and universities.The village committee's self-contained face operation logic began to stand out These performances show that they are characterized by"selective help" for the activities of professional social work service teams in colleges and universities.The operation of the village committee will consider the two factors of system cost and face.Considering the low system cost and the face of the Double Ninth Festival Respect for the Elderly,they will choose to actively help and even add chaos.They are indifferent to low-institutional costs and face-to-face urban and rural mutual assistance services.For the New Year's Day performances,where the cost of the system is high and the face is obtained from certainty to uncertainty,they show "extraordinary".The weakening of the legitimacy of rural social work and the influence of the logic of face operations will lead to service involution,professional suspension and professional institutionalization.
