The principle of chemistry is an important link in the study and research of chemistry. The comprehensive understanding and application of the principle of chemistry is the cornerstone for chemical researchers to master the law of chemistry. Many chemical principles can be directly or indirectly verified by experiments, but the principle like equivalent balance is difficult to find experiments with obvious phenomena. In addition, some students have poor abstract thinking ability and limited comprehensive knowledge application ability, which makes them deeply difficult in equivalent balance learning, and teachers have many puzzles in teaching. The principle of equivalent balance is a special way to deal with the problem of chemical balance, and it is also applied in the following chapters of human education chemistry elective 4.It is particularly important for students to firmly grasp this principle.Through literature analysis, this study has a deep understanding of the current research situation in this field at home and abroad, and then designs the self-report scale of the current situation of the equivalent balanced learning and the questionnaire of the equivalent balanced learning difficulties, and analyzes the causes of the students' learning equivalent balance difficulties in combination with the personal interviews of students, and then through the personal interviews of teachers to understand the current situation of the equivalent balanced teaching strategies, and puts forward their own equivalent balanced teaching. Finally, the effect of learning strategies is demonstrated through educational experiments, hoping to give high school teachers and students guidance. This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the research background, research problems, research significance, research methods and research ideas. The second part is literature review, which describes the core concepts and the analysis of research status at home and abroad. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the equivalent balance learning difficulties and its causes. From the perspective of students, the author tries to find out the causes of the students'equivalent balance learning difficulties from the selection of the respondents, the compilation of the questionnaire, the investigation process and methods, the statistical analysis of data and the analysis of the causes of the equivalent balance learning difficulties. The fourth part is the research on the teaching strategy of equivalent balance, including the selection of the respondents, the design of the interview outline, the results and discussion of the interview and the teaching strategy of equivalent balance. The fifth part is the research on the implementation and effectiveness of the equivalent balance teaching strategy. This chapter describes the research object, research ideas, teaching strategy implementation and teaching strategy effectiveness test. The sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of the research, and the conclusion and shortage of the research. The main causes of students' learning difficulties are:(1)lack of basic knowledge reserve;(2)simple understanding of equivalent thinking;(3)lack of necessary communication and discussion process;(4)low level of problem representation;(5)fear of difficulties;(6)poor quantitative analysis and calculation ability. From the perspective of students and teachers, the author has made the corresponding investigation and research, and obtained the following teaching strategies:(1)building a complete knowledge network;(2)creating scenarios to help students build equivalent thinking;(3)elaborately designing teaching programs and timely adjusting teaching methods;(4)using task-based learning.
