The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China clearly puts forward that we should "strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics,cultivate high-quality teachers and advocate respecting teachers and valuing education in the whole society".To improve the construction of teachers,we must pay enough attention to teachers' classroom teaching behavior.This paper takes the comparison of the classroom teaching behaviors of expert teachers and novice teachers in the high school mathematics classroom as the research entry point,hoping to provide countermeasures and Suggestions for the growth of novice teachers by analyzing the differences between them.This paper adopts the parallel conception method in the research,analyzes the differences between novice teachers and expert teachers in questioning behavior,speech behavior,rational answer behavior,waiting behavior,etc.,and reflects on each aspect one by one to form the research conclusion,ultimately guaranteeing the integrity and richness of the overall research results.The paper is divided into nine parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,significance,methods and research status,etc.The second part is the literature review and the main concept elaboration,carries on the theoretical preparation to the article research.The third part mainly discusses the research object and the design idea of the questionnaire.The fourth part analyzes the questioning behavior of novice teachers and expert teachers,and reflects on the formation of research conclusions.The fifth part analyzes the speech ACTS of novice teachers and expert teachers,and reflects on the formation of research conclusions,in view of the shortcomings of novice teachers,put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The sixth part analyzes the answer behavior of novice teachers and expert teachers,and reflects on the formation of research conclusions,in view of the shortcomings of novice teachers,put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The seventh part analyzes the waiting behavior of novice teachers and expert teachers,reflects on the formation of research conclusions,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures in view of the deficiency of novice teachers.The eighth part is the conclusion and suggestion.Summarize the full text,for further improve the teaching quality of novice teachers put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The ninth part is the conclusion.Summarize the research deficiency and put forward the research prospect.
