Research On Public Participation In Ecological Moral Education

In January 2019,Xi Jinping pointed out at the central conference on political and legal work that"we should innovate the methods of public participation,mobilize the mechanism of the masses,and make the wisdom of the masses an inexhaustible source of innovation in social governance".In April 2019,Xi Jinping proposed at the opening ceremony of the World Horticultural Expo in Beijing,China,“building an environmental governance system with the participation of the whole society,and make ecological and environmental protection the mainstream culture in social life".China adheres to the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position,and pays more and more attention to the development and improvement of the public participation mechanism.The study of public participation in ecological moral education reveals,that it is an inevitable choice to improve the ecological moral education system,also an inevitable requirement to increase the universality of ecological moral education,and a realistic demand to improve the public's ecological moral accomplishment.Through the investigation,it is found that the public participation in the education of ecological morality in China is gradually improved,with a high degree of public recognition of ecological morality,and the public's ability to participate in the education is constantly improving,and the activities of public participation in the education of ecological morality are increasingly abundant.However,there are still some problems such as the insufficient atmosphere of public participation,the insufficient effect of public participation,the lack of new ways of public participation,and the lack of smooth channels for public participation.After further analysis,it is found that the causes of these problems are the low awareness of public participation,the lack of depth of public participation,the inadequate use of public education resources,and the imperfect public participation mechanism.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the public participation in ecological moral education.Firstly,it is necessary to build an atmosphere of public participation in ecological moral education by strengthening macro guidance and integrating educational resources and constructing a multi-party collaborative education model.Secondly,we should attach importance to the ways of public participation from the aspects of theoretical training,demonstration and education management.Thirdly,it pays attention to the positive role of culture,activities and media,and innovates educational methods that infuse education in "feeling","practice" and "environment".Finally,the public participation in ecological moral education should be informed,supervised and encouraged,so as to form a sound public participation system.
