Since the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has clearly put forward the issue of the era of cultural self-confidence based on a comprehensive grasp of history,reality and the future and a profound understanding of the role of culture.The outstanding Chinese traditional culture based on the inheritance of more than 5,000 years of civilization,the revolutionary culture formed by the party and the people in the great struggle,the vigorous development of socialist advanced culture and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics together constitute the "power" of our firm cultural self-confidence.Moral cultivation is the central link of ideological and political education in colle ges and universities.College students' moral literacy includes moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will and moral behavior.Each of these aspects is actually related to the cultural quality of moral subject,and its cultural cognition,cultural emotion,cultural heritage,Cultural values and identity are closely linked.Therefore,cultural self-confidence is an important basis for the cultivation of moral literacy,and the source of ideological resources and spirit to generate moral literacy.Taking the ideological and moral construction of college students as the meeting point of integrating cultural self-confidence into the ideological and political education of college students is of great significance to the modernization of moral education in China.The first part(introduction,chapter 1)is the general part.The introduction introduces the background and significance of the topic,summarizes and sorts out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the cultivation of college students' moral literacy from the perspective of cultural confidence,moral literacy and cultural confidence,and further determines the thinking and method of this paper.The first chapter begins with defining the relevant academic concepts of this article,explains the main connotation and characteristics of cultural self-confidence,the basic content and meaning of college students' moral literacy,and points out the intrinsic relationship between cultural self-confidence and college students' moral literacy,which lays a foundation for effective and in-depth research.The second and the third part mainly focus on the three forms of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics: Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,and discuss the problems and countermeasures of college students' moral accomplishment in the view of cultural self-confidence from the four moral dimensions of "knowledge,emotion,intention and action".The second part(chapter2),based on the data analysis of questionnaires and interviews,reveals the current concept of honor and disgrace of college students' moral literacy,interpersonal communication,self-examination and self-discipline,and the combination of knowledge and action.Then from the traditional virtues of The Times value of insufficient understanding of the spirit of revolutionary culture connotation,lack of confidence in the prospect of advanced cultural development of three levels,the analysis of the current college students moral literacy problems.The third part(Chapter 3)deeply explores the ideological concepts,humanistic spirit and moral norms contained in the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.In light of the outstanding problems of the current college students' moral literacy,it puts forward the cultural self-confidence as the content to improve the moral cognition of college students.Cultural self-confidence is the spiritual morality of the students,the cultural morality as the source of strength,the moral will of the university students,and the cultural thinking to guide the moral practice of college students.
