Research On China's Sports Industry Policy And Its Characteristics In The New Era

Since the new era,China has put the development of sports industry in the position of "national strategy".Under the background of economic development,it has entered a new stage of development.The country also takes the development of sports industry as an important path for China to move forward steadily.And the sports industry policy is as a macro level intervention for the development of sports industry.In recent years,a series of support,promotion and incentive policies have been issued,which marks the rapid development of China's sports industry.How to grasp the development trend and characteristics of China's sports policy,further develop the sports industry in a favorable policy environment,create a more perfect policy environment for the development of the sports industry,and how to formulate and implement the sports industry policy in China is a very important topic for the sports industry sector in China.In this paper,2012-2019 China's sports industry policy documents as the research text,using content analysis,literature analysis,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,using Excel,rstcm6 text mining software for quantitative analysis of the text.After that,we extract the common theme words of the text,analyze the matrix and description,and analyze the content of the text in detail.Thus,it summarizes the general situation and characteristics of China's sports industry policy text since the new era.Conclusion:(1)In recent years,the number of sports industry policies has been increasing,the content of policies has been enriched,the structure of industrial policies has been constantly adjusted,and the content system of policies has been constantly improved.(2)From the overall situation of the main body of the sports industry policy in China,the main body of the sports industry policy is small,and there are not many departments that can formulate the sports industry policy separately.However,in recent years,the coordination and communication between the various departments of the policy text formulation has gradually increased.(3)By analyzing the co-occurrence keywords of policy texts in the new period,it is concluded that the current sports industry policy pays more attention to human development and takes human health as the starting point.(4)Sports industry policy in the new era has distinct characteristics and pays more attention to the details and opera ability of the policy.From "several opinions" to"implementation plan" to "action plan",its policy guidance is gradually refined.(5)There are many possible obstacles in the implementation of policy content,which affect the effective implementation of policy,such as the lack of forward-looking and implement ability of part of the policy content,the limitation of policy implementation and propaganda,the conflict between policy implementation and other policies,and the lack of policy support.Suggestions:(1)To promote the adjustment of sports industry policy through sports system reform and economic system reform.(2)Strengthen the cooperation among all departments and strengthen the relative central position of Sports Management Department(3)Learn from foreign experience and pay attention to the integration and coordination with domestic environment...
