The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the educational policy of implementing morality and promoting fairness in education.Subsequently,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Core Competencies and Values for Chinese Students Development"to refine the overall framework of the core literacy training of students in China,Of which social responsibility is mentioned as an important dimension.The "Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standard" promulgated in 2017 further put forward requirements for the social responsibility literacy of middle school students in biology Therefore,how to better cultivate students' social responsibilities in biology has become a hot topic in recent researchThe author first constructed a theoretical framework of biological social responsibility literacy for high school students through literature research methods,and clarified the content of the biological social responsibility literacy level survey and divided the responsibility dimensions according to the "Subject Core Literacy Level Classification" in the new biology curriculum standards.The author then surveyed 634 senior sophomores and 19 first-line biology teachers in four different regional schools in Hunan Province through self-edited questionnaires and interview outlinesThe study found that the overall level of high school students biological social responsibility literacy is at the upper middle level,and the differences in student literacy levels are obvious in different regional schools and different responsibility literacy dimensions.The level of student literacy shows a gradual downward trend with the changes in the geographical location of provincial capital cities,prefecture-level cities,county-level cities,and rural schools.In addition,further analysis found that students who developed good responsibility literacy levels showed high responsibility awareness,low responsibility emotions,and poorly developed responsibility literacy levels showed high responsibility emotions and low responsibility awareness.Responsible be havior is always lower than responsibility cognition and emotion Although the overall literacy level of rural school students is lower than that of urban school students,part of the psychological level of responsibility is higher than that of urban school students in the dimensions of ecological civilization,safety and healthThrough teacher interviews,it is found that teachers have a high level of awareness and attention to the social responsibility literacy of biology,but generally do not attach importance to the cultivation of students 'responsibility emotions.Teachers ' methods of measuring students 'responsibility literacy tend to observe students;responsible behaviors.The level of students' social responsibility literacy is closely related to the degree to which teachers attach importance to the cultivation of literacyFinally,the author combines the results of literature research,student questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews,and puts forward five countermeasures for the cultivation of social responsibility literacy setting an example of responsibility and improving awareness of literacy;establishing an evaluation system to facilitate the implementation of responsibility;developing responsibility literacy based on test questions;Pay attention to responsibility and emotions,and complement the shortcomings of literacy:formulate literacy strategies and implement precision training.And put forward teaching strategies for the cultivation of different social responsibility literacy dimensions,and wrote teaching design.
