In recent years,with the rapid development of college students' online lending business,the "bad campus loan" incident has also been frequently reported,and even some college students have civil disputes or criminal problems caused by bad online loans.This has aroused great concern from the public and scholars.In order to prevent and correct undesirable online loan behaviors,the Qichuang Youth Social Work Service Center(referred to as Shunde Qichuang Social Work Service Center)in Shunde District,Foshan City in autumn 2019 took the lead in launching the "smart loan" project,and initially tried to apply the intervention model of tertiary prevention to Youth "credit crisis prevention" and "debt counseling" services.In order to further understand the problem of online loan behavior of college students and to do related prevention and correction work,this study used a sample survey to investigate the status of online loan behavior of 1924 college students and its self-filled questionnaire based on the review of domestic and foreign studies.Influencing factors,and based on the results of the questionnaire survey,from the perspective of tertiary prevention theory,put forward social work intervention strategies for college students online loan behavior problems.The survey found that in terms of the status of college students' online loan behavior,the main performance is as follows:first,in terms of overall distribution,there are relatively more college students without online loan behavior(accounting for 63.4%),followed by high risk group of bad online loan behavior(accounting for 28.8%),the number of bad online loan behaviors is relatively small(7.8%);in terms of classification distribution,there are significant differences between the three types of online loan behaviors among college students.Secondly,in terms of the influencing factors of college students' online loan behavior,there are mainly 8 factors influencing the progress from no online loan behavior to high risk group of bad online loan behavior: grade,monthly income and expenditure,part-time/work-study frequency and online loan attitude,online loan risk perception,comparable consumption behavior,advanced consumption behavior and self-control.There are 11 influencing factors from the progress of no online loan behavior to bad online loanbehavior: gender,grade,marital status,monthly living expenses,monthly income and expenditure,and online loan attitude,realistic consumption behavior,comparable consumption behavior,advance consumer behavior,self-control and anxious complaint family financial education methods.There are 6 factors influencing the development of high risk group of bad online loan behavior to bad online loan behavior: gender,grade,online loan attitude,advanced consumption behavior,self-control and anxious complaint family financial education.Based on the results of the above questionnaire survey,this study analyzes the causes of college students' online loan behavior problems and discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work involvement in college students' online loan behavior problems.And on this basis,from the perspective of tertiary prevention theory,specific and targeted social work intervention strategies are proposed.That is,for all college students,primary prevention services are carried out from the perspective of students,schools,families and society.For college students with tendencies toward bad online loans,secondary prevention services are carried out using group work,workshops and case counseling.For college students with bad online loan behaviors,provide tertiary prevention services by providing case counseling and support,establishing a crisis intervention model for online loan behaviors,carrying out recidivism prevention,and linking formal or informal resources.
