With the development of a new round of curriculum reform, there are new requirements in many aspects such as the nature, the objectives, and the structure of the course, students' academic quality and teaching evaluation, etc.,thus as an important way to select talents, the college entrance examination has to change in the way of proposition and evaluation criteria.SOLO classification theory can not only distinguish the learning effect of students, but also be used to analyze the level of students' thinking development, the quality and quantity of learning also can be detected. Therefore,it has advantage to analyze the Shaanxi physics college entrance examination in the recent five years with SOLO classification theory. With the SOLO classification theory, the physics questions in college entrance examination can be divided into four levels according to its investigation of students' thinking ability, namely, the level of single-point structure,multi-point structure, associative structure and extended abstract structure.Multiple choice module in the nearly five years of Shaanxi physics college entrance examination should be listed in the basis of the category and thinking level, then the trend of how to test the physics in the college entrance examination can be grasped. The study shows physics questions in the college entrance examination of Shaanxi from 2015 to 2019 keeps the same trend that the testing points mainly focus on the correlation structure level, followed by multi-point structure level, requiring higher thinking level gradually.Based on the investigation of the knowledge module, the physics test of Shaanxi college entrance examination has the highest requirement on the electromagnetic module, followed by the mechanics module, and the atomic physics has the lowest requirement on the students' thinking level.Based on the analysis of the new edition of the textbook, the main proposition ofphysics multiple choice questions in the college entrance examination can be found in compulsory course 2 and selective compulsory course 2.For specific knowledge points,in the compulsory course 2,the combination of mechanics and kinematics which requiring the thinking level of multi-point structure is mainly tested;in the textbook of selective compulsory course 2,the combination of electromagnetism and ampere's law electromagnetism and circuit is tested which requiring the students' thinking level of relational structure and the extended abstract structure,a higher request for students' comprehensive thinking ability is puts forward.Secondly,by comparing the examination questions before and after the new curriculum reform,it can be concluded that after the curriculum the difficulty of the mechanics module gradually decreases and the difficulty of the electromagnetic module gradually rises in the physics college entrance examination. The content of selective compulsory course 3 as the core knowledge points join in the physics multiple-choice question in the college entrance examination; The knowledge point of the investigation has gradually changed from a single one to a combination of relevant knowledge points. Conclusions such as the substantial increase of the questions in the thinking level of the related structure hierarchy should arouse the attention of teachers and students.Based on the analysis of the thinking level of the physics college entrance examination questions in recent five years in Shaanxi province, some suggestions are put forward on how to prepare physics college entrance examination for students and how to teach physics for teachers in senior high school. It is hoped that the results of this study can bring new inspirations to the physics teaching in senior high schools.
