The purpose of this study is to analyze the kinematics and electromyography of the three movements of the wooden ball, namely, the attack putter, the control force swing and the full swing,to compare the differences between the players of different levels,to explore the learning methods that are more suitable for the low level players in the process of learning wooden ball,to add technical theory to the development of wooden ball, and to provide more scientific theory for the teaching and training of coaches and the feedback of students On the support,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the course of wooden ball theory in Colleges and universities.Research methods: mainly using the methods of literature, kinematics, electromyography and mathematical statistics, using the qualysis motion capture system and me6000 to collect the kinematics and electromyography data of swing stroke, and analyze its characteristics.Research results: 1.The ratio of swing up and down: attack door putter < control force swing < full swing.2.Linear velocity characteristics of rod head: tapping push rod < control force swing < full swing, increasing by about 0.4 times.3.Angle between shoulder and hip: tap putter < control force swing < full swing, reaching the maximum near the vertex and shoulder axis larger than hip axis, tap putter is about 7 °;control force swing is about 19 °;full swing is about 30 °.4.Elbow joint angle: in the preparation time, the elbow joint bends naturally,at the vertex,at the vertex of the full swing, the right elbow is about 90 ° right angle,at the vertex of the full swing, the elbow joint of the lower stroke is gradually extended, and at the end of the stroke,it bends gradually, but the elbow joint of the attacking putter changes little.5.Knee joint angle: attack door putter > control force swing > full swing, the center of gravity of full swing is the lowest.6.Torso rake angle: the angle change of the push rod of the door attack is about 7 °;the change of the control force swing is about 25 °;the change of the full swing is about 42 °.It is the common feature of the control force swing and the full swing that the torso rake angle decreases when the upper swing is used, increases when the lower swing is used, and decreases when the lower swing is used.7.the mean value of RMS amplitude of muscle: the average value of RMS amplitude of most muscles reached the highest in the following three swing modes.8.Muscle integral value and contribution rate: left and right vertical spine muscles and left and right triceps brachii muscles always play an important role in swing. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.The commonness of the three swing modes: the upper stroke is slow and the lower stroke is fast, and the peak value of the linear velocity of the rod head appears before the hitting time, which is close to the hitting time. The erector spinalis and triceps brachii play an important role in the three swing movements. The activity level of rectus abdominis muscle is not high in the upper pole stage, and the mean value of root mean square amplitude of most muscles is large in the swing stage.2.Control the rhythm of the down stroke, reduce the inertia of the down stroke and weaken the strength. When hitting the ball, the whole body should be relaxed.3.Control the force swing muscle to maintain moderate tension, the center of gravity is lower than that of the door attack putter, and the left leg kicks the ground body to rotate reasonably when going up,and the center of gravity transitions naturally when going down,so as to make the hitting force stable and accurate.4.The center of gravity of the whole swing is lower. The lower limbs should be stable during the practice. The vertical spine muscle and latissimus dorsi muscle should be used to form the maximum torsion of the trunk,so as to avoid the force of the external oblique abdominal muscle.
