With the development of sports science and technology and the deepening of research content,it is generally believed that any unreasonable technology in the take-off stage will affect the take-off effect.Swing is an important part of the take-off stage,so it is necessary to analyze the swing carefully.In this paper,the last step of the run-up swing leg from the ground to the take-off board in the moment of the swing action as the research object,in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of our country's excellent long jump athletes in the take-off stage swing technology,in order to improve the competitive level of our country's long jump to contribute their own strength.This paper takes the top eight men's long jump athletes in the 2018 IAAF Diamond League Shanghai station as the research samples,using the research methods of literature,mathematical statistics and image shooting,analyzes and analyzes the basic situation of the athletes,the kinematic analysis of the swing movement,and the correlation between the swing movement and other take-off movements.The research results show that :1.The body mass index and ktolet index of Chinese elite long jumpers are significantly different from those of foreign elite long jumpers,showing that Chinese elite long jumpers have relatively low muscle fullness and relatively small muscle strength.2.In the take-off and landing stage,the domestic and foreign excellent long jumpers showed a significant correlation in the aspect of the knee Angle of the swing leg off the ground in the last step of the run-up,which showed that the Chinese long jumpers' swing leg "bending and kicking" technique was poor,the swing radius was large,and the swing inertia was increased.3.In the take-off buffering stage,there is a significant difference between the domestic and foreign excellent jumping far mobilization in the hip joint and the swing leg swing movement,which is manifested in the phenomenon such as the small buffer amplitude of the side hip of the take-off leg in the buffer stage and the small angular velocity of the maximum buffer instant swing leg swing.There was no significant difference in swing leg side arm swing.4.In the take-off and extension stage,Chinese athletes have the phenomenon of low vertical speed of the center of gravity of the body immediately off the board,poor swinging braking effect of the swinging leg,relatively low center of gravity of the body,and insufficient kicking and extension of the hip joint of the take-off leg.5.In the take-off process,the body center of gravity of the domestic elite long jumpers is relatively small,and the body has a good forward movement;The influence of swing action on the body's center of gravity is mainly reflected in increasing the height and vertical speed of the body's center of gravity.In the take-off phase,the swing angular velocity of the swinging leg and the swing arm roughly goes through three stages: increasing,maximizing and decreasing,and the maximum swing angular velocity all appears in the phase when the take-off leg has the maximum buffer moment.6.The acceleration of swing leg swing Angle,the maximum buffering instantaneous swing leg swing angular velocity and the hip Angle of the instantaneous take-off leg were significantly correlated with the performance.
