Based on the research experience of predecessors,this study takes the Magnet School of the United States as the starting point,through literature analysis,Case Analysis and Comparative Research,etc.,to explore the positive factors of students' academic achievement in magnet schools,including: The strong support of American government to magnet schools;the expectation of magnet schools and families to enhance parents' participation;Magnetite school staff attach importance to collaboration.The improvement of the academic achievement of students in magnet schools in the United States can not be separated from the support and efforts of the government,local governments,parents,magnet school staff and people from all walks of life.This study summarizes the ways to improve the academic achievement of students in magnet schools in the United States,and combines the examples of magnet schools such as River Glen Academy,Greater Waco Advanced Manufacturing Academy and Raymond Academy,the following points are summarized,including: The correct interpretation of the Federal Act by the magnet school;the rational use of federal funds by the Magnet School;the strengthening of exchanges and cooperation between the magnet school and the region;the active communication between the magnet school and the students' families;The Magnet School Association works actively;Magnet Schools set high graduation standards based on magnet themes;magnet school teachers spend more time with their students;magnet school teachers have lifelong learning.Through the analysis and comparison of each approach,this study summarizes three characteristics of the approach to enhance academic achievement of students in magnet schools in the United States: First,there are laws to follow,there are clear guidance documents and legislation to provide guidance and financial support for the enhancement of academic achievement of students in lodestone schools;secondly,there are a variety of ways and measures to enhance the academic achievement of students in lodestone schools;and lastly,to highlight collaboration,the emphasis on multi-dimensional cooperation,including inter-district cooperation,home-school cooperation,inter-school cooperation and inter-teacher cooperation,has contributed to the enhancement of students' academic achievement in magnet schools.This study also analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the ways to improve the academicachievement of students in magnet school,so as to help our country to learn experience and lessons so as not to make the same mistakes.Finally,combined with the current situation of education in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of students' academic achievements in order to provide reference and reference for the improvement of students' academic achievements in China,it is hoped to provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for the promotion of basic education quality in China.
