In the21st century, the realization of the demand of basic education diversifieddevelopment is more and more intense.Encouraging schools have characteristics,various provinces and cities have pursuiting the goal.As currently envisaged, however,in many aims to promote the development of basic education field diversifiedmeasures did not achieve the ideal effect, it should cause our reflection: How topromote the diversified development in the field of basic education in our country,how to realize the characteristics of running a school school?The author found by reading literature, American magnet school in its excellentperformance, the path of development has accumulated rich experience.Although thisis based on the introduction of development path is not can be referred to as the"model", and for the reasons behind the development path and influence factors arenot scientific conclusions.But I still hope that this article can provide some ideas forthe diversification of China’s basic education development.This article try to make six district as an example, Hamilton district, Wakedistrict, Duvall district school district, school district in Houston, Zimbabwe,Montclair district(the appendix of furniture list for detail)。Analysis establisheddistricts, used in the process of developing a magnet school strategy, methods andcommon has experienced the development path, and present each path behind thetypical school district.In order to extract the development of basic education of ourcountry provides good experience for reference. Is worth mentioning, this studyintroduce the development of the six districts of path is not independent of each other,but each other as a whole. Six districts, in other words, has experienced the same pathdifference is in each of the development path of the specific measures will varyaccording to each district situation. The structure of the thesis and the purpose is asfollows:Foreword: in this paper the research background of this article with the selectedtopic significance, the research status of magnet schools in the United States, thepaper research content and main research methods, related concepts defined, and thesummary of this chapter.The first chapter briefly introduces what is a magnet school, the background andmotivation, characteristics and attractive.The second chapter discusses six at the beginning of the school district in amagnet school efforts and try. Through the analysis of the author were concluded fourkey steps: to choose the appropriate teaching topic, selection and training good staff,support the positive development of community resources, establishing the schooldistrict.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the six districts in the in-depthdevelopment of magnet school process follow the development path and valuableexperience. And discusses in detail the six districts in such a development path to takespecific measures. The fourth chapter, according to the U.S. Magnet Schools of America releasedrelevant information, sorting out a Magnet school in the process of development ofenlightenment and warning, and the future development direction of Magnet schoolhas carried on the comprehensive summary.
