Research On The Optimization Of Campus Cultural Ecology In The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

The way of university lies in Mingmingde,amity to the people and perfection.Culture is the best educational resource of University,and cultural inheritance and innovation are the important functions of University.As talent training and cultural innovation,the university spirit and cultural ecology of university education should play an important role in the understanding and construction of Chinese intellectuals' self-identity and spiritual coordinates.The goal of socialist university is to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor.In the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly put forward that the construction of ecological civilization should be placed in a prominent position,integrated into all aspects and the whole process of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and social construction,and strive to build a beautiful China and realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.While promoting multi-faceted construction,we should strengthen the promotion of beautiful China,so as to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as soon as possible.The report puts forward to integrate ecological civilization into "all aspects and the whole process of cultural construction",especially into campus culture,which also opens a cultural path for the innovation and development of Ideological and political education.Under the background of the implementation of the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and political work and the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should undertake the task of optimizing the cultural ecology of the campus.From the perspective of Ideological and political education,the study of campus cultural ecology in Colleges and universities has the guiding value of paying attention to the individual cultural differences of students,understanding the living environment of students,and establishing the concept of cultural education.The ideological and political education in Colleges and universities must also improve the cultural level of the educated groups,build a healthy and positive multi-cultural circle,build a scientific theoretical system of cultural ecology,establish a standardized incentive mechanism based on students,and enhance the sense of the times and attraction of Ideological and political education.The cultural consciousness of the educates,the level of cultural self-confidence of college students,the balance of various elements in the cultural ecosystem,and the cultural and guiding nature of Ideological and political education contents.How to promote the integration and optimization of Ideological and political education and campus culture ecology is the focus of this study.Combined with the current situation and analysis of the problems,the paper puts forward the optimization path: first,to highlight the cultural nature of Ideological and political education in the campus cultural ecology;second,to create an ecological campus cultural environment;finally,to construct the campus cultural ecological structure of one dominant and multiple integration,to effectively promote the deep integration of moral education and cultural people in Colleges and universities.
