In today's world,cultural soft power has become an important sign to measure a country's comprehensive national strength,build cultural self-confidence,the construction of socialist culture power has become the target of the construction of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of education,college ideological and political education carries the great mission of leading contemporary college students to set lofty ideals.Facing the new situation of the cultural development in China in the 21 st century,how to give full play to the role of ideological and political education in cultural development,has become a major problem facing the current our country colleges and universities must,therefore,the development of the ideological and political
