In the process of education practice,practice instructor is an important and key figure that affects the effect of normal university students' education practice,and to a great extent affects their educational and teaching beliefs,professional identity,and sense of self-efficacy.It has always been the pursuit of teacher education to realize efficient practice guidance.Up to now,there have been a lot of researches on educational practice,but the instructors who influence the effect of practice to a large extent have not attracted enough attention,and the research on practice guidance is not deep enough.This study is based on the current situation to explore the problems in the process of education practice guidance,analyze the causes of the problems,combined with the current situation to make effective Suggestions for practice guidance.Through the literature method,interview method and work analy-sis method,it is found that in the current practice guidance process,the teacher's indifference to the "demand" of normal university students and the inability to feel the emergence of problems affect the perfect fit between normal university students and the teacher "supply" and "demand";The intimacy and sense of alienation between normal university students andestablishment of a positive and harmonious teacher-student relationship.The indifference and enthusiasm of the teachers and students in their own education and research consciousness are the main reasons for the lack of research guidance in the process of practice guidance.Comprehensive reflection is limi-ted to thinking and thinking without making practical actions and changes,which directly leads to the low reflection effect.Therefore,practice guidance should advocate to improve the selection and distribution mechanism of practice guidance teachers on the basis of adhering to the principles of kindness,attention to needs,courage to delegate power and equal coopera-tion.Coordinate the multi-party relationship,and make every effort to build the community of internship guidance among instructors,instructors and normal university students;Imple-ment effective guidance strategy and pursue efficient practic-e guidance;Set the example of an excellent teacher and lead by example;In order to achieve the guidance effect on the basis of the optimization strategy,so as to achieve the high efficien-cy of educational practice.
