With the development of economy, social progress, national competitiveness is increasingly fierce, and the comprehensive national strength competition has become the most fundamental way, so education is becoming more and more in the position of more and more important. Education practice as an important part of normal education, the kindergarten teacher to guide practice, as a important director of the student teacher, the professional development would cause certain influence to the student teacher. This thesis will study points mainly worked as an intern in kindergarten teachers in their practice guidance in this particular link of the specific conditions of the teachers’ professional development.Along with the development of the economy, the progress of the society, the national competitiveness become increasingly intense, and the comprehensive national strength competition to become the paper through literature method, questionnaire method and interview method, four public kindergartens in wuhan as the research object, and questionnaire survey for the intern teachers, at the same time in the later to interview the kindergarten teacher to guide practice. This paper includes four parts.The first part, introduction. The introduction part from the origin, research significance, literature review, the core concept definition and research design in five aspects.The second part, the results of the survey analysis. This part mainly discusses the background variables, the characteristics of teacher professional development in five aspects, such as for analysis.The third part, the problem and reason analysis. Problems including the research ability is weak, lack of intrinsic motivation, lack of correct understanding of practice guidance, guidance ability. Through the analysis of the problems, the author summarizes the following three reasons, policy guidance, kindergarten management, teacher’s own reasons.The fourth part, the proposal. In view of the problems before, and the analysis of reasons, to optimize the kindergarten practice guidance teachers’ professional development puts forward three Suggestions. First, improve existing policies; Second, improve the kindergarten management mode; Third, change the practice guidance teachers’ ideas.
