The goal of preschool education in secondary vocational schools is to train excellent preschool education talents for the society.Children's story activity plays an important role in children's language education.Therefore,the design and organization ability of children's story activity is an important basic skill that a kindergarten teacher must have.However,at present,many pre-school education majors in secondary vocational schools have set up the course of "children's language education activity guidance",which includes the guidance for the design and organization of children's story activities.But in fact,after more than two years of study in school,many pre-school graduates did not lay a solid theoretical foundation and master excellent education and teaching skills,and could not be very good at the teaching of children's story activities.Therefore,starting from the practical teaching work,the author pays attention to the current situation of preschool students' story activity design and organization ability training,understands the factors that affect their story activity learning ability and design organization ability,and probes into the effective countermeasures of preschool students' story activity design and organization ability training combined with their own practical experience ?The structure and content of this paper are as follows:The introduction describes the origin of the research problems,summarizes the relevant literature,describes the research methods,and defines the relevant concepts.The text mainly includes three aspects.In the first part,according to the key points of preschool students' story activity design and organization ability evaluation,through the specific case analysis of students' story activity program design,as well as the plan organization of story activity,that is,the actual situation of trial telling,the current situation and existing problems of preschool students' story activity design and organization ability are exposed.In the second part,by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,the author investigates the influencing factors of children's story activity design and organization ability of pre-school students in secondary vocational school.Through the survey data and interview results,combined with their own teaching practice and experience,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of preschool students' story activity design and organizational ability training,and clarifies the direction of preschool students' story activity design and organizational ability training.The third part,based on the previous analysis,from the current situation and existing problems of preschool students' story activity design and organization,discusses the effective strategies of preschool students' story activity design and organization ability cultivation,and divides the design and organization ability cultivation of preschool students' story activity into four stages.The first stage is the foundation Tired stage,that is to say,children's story activities related theoretical knowledge learning and children's story appreciation ability improvement.The second stage is skill improvement stage,which is mainly to train and master the teaching skills of children's story activity education.The third stage is the application design stage,which refers to the rational design of children's story activity scheme.The fourth stage is the organizational innovation stage,that is,how to realize the effective organization of children's story activities,and put forward specific teaching methods and strategies for each stage,in order to achieve the systematic and targeted training of students' story activity design and organizational ability.The conclusion reflects on the actual effect of talent training in secondary vocational schools,and summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.
