Preschool education activities are the basic form of kindergarten education,but also an important way for children aged 3-6 to acquire knowledge and experience,and play an important role in promoting their moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development.In recent years,with the rapid development of preschool education in China,people have put forward higher requirements for preschool teachers.The design ability of preschool education activities is a necessary professional skill for preschool teachers,which directly affects the quality of preschool education activities.Then,what is the current situation of the design ability of preschool education activities for vocational students who are about to enter the internship?this paper takes preschool education secondary vocational students as the research object.On the basis of consulting and analyzing existing literature,this paper analyzes the current situation of the design ability of preschool education activities of second-grade students in school by means of questionnaire survey,interview and content analysis,discusses the causes of this result and puts forward Suggestions for improvement,so as to provide high-quality students for higher vocational colleges and excellent interns for kindergartens.The research results show that the vocational students in preschool education pay more attention to knowledge than emotional goals in the design of early childhood education activities now,and the goal design is not consistent with the development of children's experience and ability;the goal design is generally vague and not operational.In terms of educational activity preparation,the description of students' activity preparation is not clear,and experience preparation is ignored,which affects the construction of children's new knowledge.From the analysis of the process of educational activities,there are mainly the following problems:the process of activities is confused and unclear,the ability of language expression is poor,the effectiveness of questioning is lack,the use of teaching methods is single,the subjectivity of children is ignored,and the goal of activities cannot be achieved.In the extension of activities,the existing problems are:the limitation of extension forms and the perfunctory design of extension activities.Finally,the students' consciousness of reflection is not strong and the knowledge of evaluation is weak.In the activity reflection,the students are not strong in the consciousness of reflection and weak in the knowledge of evaluation.This paper argues that the factors affecting the design ability of students'preschool education activities come from three aspects:students,teachers and major curriculum system.First,in terms of students,low professional identity,low independent learning ability and lack of understanding of educational objects will affect their ability to design early childhood education activities.Second,teachers lack of targeted training,classroom teaching methods are single,and the boring teaching content affects students' interest and enthusiasm in learning,while the lack of experience in kindergarten affects students' knowledge transfer and improvement of practical ability.Third,secondary vocational school curriculum positioning is not accurate,heavy theory light practice,course hours are not enough,internship mechanism is not perfect restrict students to master the systematic design of preschool education activities,affect the development and improvement of ability.Based on the analysis of the current situation and reasons,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:First,stimulate secondary vocational students' learning motivation,mainly from the two aspects,which training Secondary Vocational Students' learning interest and professional identity;Second,to build a reasonable professional curriculum system,this paper believes that we should strengthen the proportion of practical teaching and increase the proportion of practical courses;Third,to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching process,this paper suggests that teachers of Secondary vocational schoo can try to develop appropriate teaching methods and improve the teaching evaluation mechanism;Fourth,we should increase the practical experience of teachers and strengthen the professional training of teachers.
