With the development of the curriculum reform of basic education,China has refined the high school education and has put forward new requirements for talent training. In 2017,the new version of the curriculum plan and standards for general high school has been issued,in which the chemistry curriculum standard of general senior high school clearly proposes to cultivate students' five core chemical literacy: macro identification and micro analysis, evidence reasoning and model cognition, change concept and balance thought, scientific exploration and innovative consciousness, scientific attitude and social responsibility, all of them being the inheritance and development of three-dimensional goals. However,it is difficult to achieve this goal by traditional teaching methods. As a result,it is necessary for teachers to develop new teaching models and methods.Chemistry is a subject based on the experiment, which plays a major role in the cultivation of chemistry core literacy. In recent years, more and more teachers have applied the digital experiment, also known as sensor technology or hand-held technology,to middle school teaching because of its convenience, visualization, real time, accuracy, etc. The digital experiment not only innovates the instruments and technical means of chemical experiment in middle school, expands the content of experiment, but also promotes the new experimental research. It helps to make up for the limitations of traditional experiments in cultivating chemical core literacy, rich the senses, visualize what could not be seen before, change the original triple representation into quadruple representation, get reliable experimental data, which then can be analyzed scientifically. With methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, teaching practice, interview and oral report, this thesis aims to cultivate students' chemical core literacy by digitalexperiments.Firstly, through the immense reading of relevant literature, this thesis introduces the current situation of digital experiments and chemical core literacy both at home and abroad, and shows the theory of this study and the essence of chemical core literacy.Teachers' understanding of digital experiments and chemical core literacy directly affects whether they can cultivate students' chemical core literacy by digital experiments. Therefore,on the one hand, the author makes a questionnaire for teachers in order to explore and analyze their understanding of the two,and then makes some suggestions;and on the other hand, the author also makes a questionnaire(pretest)for students to understand the cognitive difference of chemical core literacy between the students in the control class and the experimental class,so as to pave the way for the subsequent teaching practice.Based on the teaching experience and teachers' suggestions, the author puts forward the teaching strategy of using digital experiment to cultivate chemical core literacy.Taking the content of teaching materials as the carrier and selecting the appropriate teaching content,a teaching case based on digital experiment cultivating the core literacy of chemistry is designed and implemented. And then, this thesis provides feedback by questionnaire(post-test of students' questionnaire),interview and oral report.By comparing the results of pre-test and post-test of students' questionnaire,it is concluded that the application of digital experiment in teaching has a positive effect on the cultivation of chemical core literacy. Finally, the author reflects on the shortcomings of this study, makes some suggestions for the following researchers, and also puts forward the prospect of the research content. This study plays a positive role in the cultivation of chemical core literacy and serves as an example for chemistry teachers.
