Research On The Guiding Force Of Socialist Ideology And Promotion Path In Colleges And Universities

Ideological work is an important work related to the long-term development of the cause of the party and the country,as well as the direction and development path of China's culture.As the frontier of ideological struggle,colleges and universities are the fields for which the diversified social ideological trends strive for.The ideological work in colleges and universities is directly related to the cultivation of contemporary youth.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly put forward the idea of "building a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and guiding power".The 2018 national conference on propaganda and ideological work proposed that "building a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading force is a strategic task that the whole party,especially the propaganda and ideological front,must undertake".In the fourth plenary session of the 19 th central committee of the communist party of China,the guiding position of marxism in the field of ideology was clearly put forward as a fundamental system for the first time.Therefore,the promotion of the leading force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities is not only a theoretical problem in ideological research,but also a practical problem in ideological construction.This discuss from three aspects,starting from the basic theory,analyzes the relevant concepts,internal composition and the value of times of the guiding force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities.Then through the empirical study to explore the current situation of the leading force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities,and analysis of the main manifestation of the lack of leading force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities and the root cause.Based on this,finally explores the specific path for colleges and universities to improve the guiding force of socialist ideology.The first part mainly clarifies the concepts related to the guiding force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities.The guiding force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities is defined as the force that the ideological work team leads the diversified social ideological trends in the field of ideology in colleges and universities with the theory of socialist ideology,and finally realizes the guiding force on the political direction,ideology,value choice,behavior pattern and campus culture of college and university teachers and students.In addition,it divides theinternal constitution of the leading force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities into five parts: political leading,ideological leading,value leading,behavior leading and cultural leading.At last,it is discussed that to enhance the leading force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities is the need of ideological construction,the need of guiding the direction of running a school,and the need of guiding college students to become new members of the imes.The second part is mainly based on the empirical research,from the present situation of the university socialist ideology leading force analysis.It is found that the current lack of leading power of socialist ideology in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: the leading ability of the leading subject is "not up to speed",the thinking and behavior of the leading object is "not up to speed",the single and scattered leading way and the complex and changeable leading environment.From the theoretical perspective,the causes of the lack of guiding force of socialist ideology in colleges and universities mainly include three pairs of contradictions that the ideological diversity of college teachers and students and the single guiding goal;the diversity of social thought and the unity of leading force;the openness of cyberspace and leading dominance.The third part is mainly based on the theoretical analysis of the first part and the problems and shortcomings of the empirical research in the second part,and proposes the specific path to improve the guiding force of the socialist ideology in colleges and universities.It mainly conducts in-depth research from four aspects of leading subject,leading object,leading way and leading environment.Among them,the ability training of leading subject mainly includes the ability of leading subject's theoretical publicity and theoretical innovation,and personality charm.Leading objects are divided into direct leading objects and indirect leading objects.Indirect leading objects are diversified social trends of thought,while direct leading objects are college students and college teachers.Different strategies are adopted for different leading objects.The leading way mainly explores three aspects: the ideological and political education way,the cultural way and the network way.The leading environment mainly explores the coordination between ideological and political courses and other courses in the campus environment,the connection between ideological education in colleges and universities in vertical time dimension and ideological education in primary and secondary schools,as well as the integration between ideological education in colleges and universities in horizontal space dimension and multi-environment.This part is not only the focus of this research,but also the difficulty of this research.
