The Research And Implementation Of The Management System Of Master Admission Based On Workflow Engine

In the contemporary society that attaches great importance to the realization of self-value,the expansion of the enrollment of postgraduate students has also brought opportunities and tests to the recruitment of colleges and universities.The standardization,fairness,flexibility,comprehensiveness and usability of the recruitment system are of great importance in the informatization of the recruitment work of postgraduate students.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic master admission policies,admission procedures,and the existing information systems,this paper designs and implements a universal master admission information system,starting with the study of reasonable authorization,the collaboration between schools and colleges,and researching the admission workflow engine as a means.According to the Ministry of Education's graduate student enrollment policy,relying on the "postgraduate enrollment" workflow and the BRAC authorization mechanism,and combining with the reality of universities,with a comprehensive analysis of the various branch processes and authorization factors that appear in the admissions work,this paper deeply studies and analyzes the recruitment workflow based on the mechanism of workflow engine and the method of designing and implementing it,and completes the modeling of BPMN workflow of the two audit stages,and implements the system using Activiti,a third-party workflow engine.Based on this,applying data-based permission control,adopting the object-oriented system analysis method,this paper designs and implements a widely applicable enrollment management system for postgraduate students,which can realize the preparation of enrollment materials,the statistics of planned recruitment vacancies,the confirmation of subjects which can receive adjusted students,the acceptance of adjusted students,re-examination qualification review,re-examination,proposed admission qualification review,and other phased functions,and this system has the features of the configurable review process at all levels,high fault tolerance of the review process,strict and relatively flexible permission management.In the system design and implementation,the waterfall development model is used,and the UML language is used for modeling in the analysis and design stages;a series of Spring frameworks based on Java language is used in the development stage: Spring MVC,Spring Boot.The back end combines the Mysql database and Mybatis for data interaction,while the front end uses the j Query function library and Bootstrap framework to simplify the design;and in the testing phase test tools like JMeter are using for functional test and performance test.
