Improving the construction level of the secondary vocational school admissions information platform is not only the responsibility of the state and society to relevant researchers and technicians,but also the historical mission of providing an open and transparent environment for talent training for students,parents and the whole society.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of research and application of big data management,the digital campus construction and information platform of various schools have been comprehensively promoted and applied,which has achieved many effects such as simplifying work processes,improving work efficiency,and improving user experience.In the school's digital information platform,the admissions information management system,as an information management system that displays the school's appearance to the students and parents,and directly contacts the students,reflects to a certain extent the level of information construction of a school.The management system with neat interface and clear and easy-to-use management system can greatly enhance the parents' recognition of the school,and at the same time,it can achieve planning and systematization in the admissions process management.Researching and using more advanced big data management related theories and technical methods to improve the level of admissions management in secondary vocational schools and provide support for accurate admissions management are opportunities and challenges before educational researchers.This article studies the relevant theories and technologies of big data management technology in the admission management of secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the needs of admission management of secondary vocational schools from the perspective of big data management,including the management characteristics of "Data Center Trinity","two-way data transmission" "Driven" management process,and then proposed the overall architecture of the admissions system for "three horizontal and two vertical data management main line." On this basis,the secondary school vocational school enrollment information management system was designed and developed,and the Northern Electromechanical Industry School was used as the specific research target and application object.The relevant enrollment information and admission service guidance for the entire open school were provided to provide school professional settings and teachers.Power introduction.This system can realize the functions of setting management of colleges and departments,management of teaching environment and teacher information,management of enrollment promotion work,statistical analysis of enrollment situation data of previous years,etc.,to achieve network,standardization and systematization of enrollment promotion and management,and improve the admission service of secondary vocational schools Management level.This article takes Northern Mechanical and Electrical Industry School as a specific case,and focuses on the theoretical value and technical difficulties of big data management in admissions information management.Based on business process analysis,it proposes system functional requirements from the perspectives of security,compatibility,and scalability.Put forward non-functional requirements of the system.During the design and development process of the admissions information management system,the core functional module processing process was designed through activity sequence diagrams,and database design such as entity relationship model and data table structure was proposed.The details of the admissions information management system were proposed from the system portal and processing logic.Design.Finally,the typical interface was selected to introduce the implementation effect of the admissions information system.The black box test method was used to test the main function points systematically.The test results were analyzed,and a similar software system was selected for comparative analysis.
