Research On The Dynamic Evolution And Development Countermeasures Of Competitive Strength Of Rowing In Shandong Province

Rowing originated in England and is one of the oldest traditional sports in the world.Although rowing started late in China,its level has been improved rapidly.In the 2008 Olympic Games,Zhang and Xi won the first gold medals in the women's rowing competition of China.Shandong is one of the powerful rowing provinces in China.In recent ten years,Shandong has made rapid progress and successfully entered the first rowing group in China.Based on the dynamic changes of rowing performance in Shandong Province from2009 to 2019,this paper explores the internal and external factors of Rowing Development in Shandong Province by using the methods of literature review,interview and swot-ahp analysis.By constructing the swot-ahp strategic model for the development of rowing in Shandong Province,this paper puts forward the corresponding Development Countermeasures of Rowing Development in Shandong Province.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the analysis of the results of Shandong rowing in the National Games and the national Rowing Championships from 2009 to 2019,it is found that the competitive strength of rowing in Shandong Province shows a trend of first rising and then decreasing,and finally tending to be stable and slowly increasing.2.The advantages of rowing development in Shandong province are policy support,scientific and effective training system,"hard-working,indomitable" spirit and culture,and high-level coach team.The disadvantages of rowing development in Shandong province are lack of reserve talents,low practical application rate of scientific research achievements or scientific and technological products,and insufficient construction of complex team.The opportunity of Rowing Development in Shandong Province is highly valued by the state,the competition system is constantly improved,and the scientific and technological support is powerful.The threats to the development of rowing in Shandong province are the low media publicity,the weak development of public rowing and school rowing,and the public's unwillingness to send their children to professional teams.3.By constructing the SWOT strategy quadrilateral for the development of rowing in Shandong province,it is determined that the development strategy of rowing in Shandong province should adopt the ST development strategy type combining internal advantages with external threats.4.Countermeasures for the future development of rowing in Shandong Province:give play to the leading role of coaches and improve the construction of complex teams;To strengthen the development of public and school rowing;To strengthen media publicity of rowing;Optimize the cultivation of reserve talents and ensure retired athletes;Continue to carry forward the spirit of "bear hardships and stand hard work,firm and indomitable",shape shandong rowing culture;Strengthen digital physical training.
