Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Training Reserve Talents In Wenzhou Xinghua Badminton Club

The education and training of reserve talents for athletics,a subject that many sports scholars focus on,is the basis for the sustainable development of sports.The "whole nation" system has been questioned and criticized when it exerts its magical effects.The education and training of reserve talents for athletics by social forces have emerged as the times require,and it has gradually become the perfection,supplement,and optimization of the "whole nation" system.Whether in theoretical logic or in practical operation,it is a strong upward momentum to train reserve talents for athletics by social forces.This research,starting with a case study of Xinghua Badminton Club which is a pilot unit in Wenzhou City and taking the operating mechanism as the penetration point,researches and discusses the training of reserve talents by social forces in Wenzhou City with participating observation methods,field surveys and interview methods,and points out the advantages and disadvantages,aiming at helping to improve the operating mechanism of training reserve talents for athletics by social forces in Wenzhou City,and puts forward the principle of operable construction.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The education and training of social reserve talents by social forces,as a supplement and improvement of the "whole nation” system,will surely go through a tortuous and turbulent development process.However,it is inevitable for sustainable development to mobilize the entire society to develop competitive reserve talents.(2)We need to use every available resource to provide support and establish a sound institutional mechanism and operating system.The sports administrative department and social forces need to work together to change "government-run sports" into "whole-society-run sports".(3)Taking the operating mechanism of social competitive sports training institutions as the startingpoint and analyzing it both from the inside and outside perspectives,a suitable external environment is a prerequisite for the healthy development of social training institutions in Wenzhou City and can promote the transfer from "government function" to "social organizations",hence to achieve "separation of management and operation".The sports administrative department is supposed to decentralize and offer support by policy bonuses,such as financial support,licensing,sharing of "soft resources",special enrollment for sports in colleges,and venue support.(4)Starting from the systematic theoretical knowledge and taking the social competitive sports training institutions as a whole,the operating mechanism of training competitive sports reserve talents by social forces is:(1)a comprehensive recruitment and selection mechanism for students;(2)a reasonable training competition mechanism;(3)a moderate incentive mechanism;(4)A safeguard mechanism for sound system;(5)A multi-dimensional evaluation and feedback mechanism.(5)The advantages of Wenzhou Social Forces in running competitive sports are: the suitable external environment created by wealthy private enterprises;the area of students expanded by the regional distribution,official licensing,and the cooperation of schools,society,and government;and the important resources of high-level coaches.The shortcomings are: lack of management professionals in training institutions,and feeble income generation capacity;insufficient endurance of motivation at all levels during clubs,coaches and athletes;arrangements for tournament system that takes a long time to be strengthened.(6)It is true that Wenzhou is making great strides in creating a national sports-healthy city,training competitive reserve talents by social forces,and different projects are on their different development paths.The analogy value of this research lies in how to achieve the vigorous development of different sports,how to integrate sports into life,and how to let social forces play an important role in the new"whole-nation" system,based on Wenzhou's rich private capital.Regarding the shortcomings of the operation mechanism of fostering competitive reserve talents by social forces in Wenzhou,here make the following proposals:(1)It goes without saying the importance of the managers and leaders in the training organization as they grasp the lifeblood of the group.However,there are few peoplewho know both sports and management.Therefore,it is recommended to establish a sports training institution manager alliance in all districts and counties,and let them be trained by the Wenzhou University's business school teachers.Regarding the distribution of the interest,it is going to be negotiated by Wenzhou Sports Bureau,the training institution managers' alliance and Wenzhou University.(2)The root cause of the lack of endurance of motivational incentives is that the short-term goals are not clear or too large while the long-term goals are too far away.It is recommended to formulate a plan that is in line with the actual situation in the near future and introduce corresponding rewards.Each training institution will investigate and set goals to stimulate motivation in accordance with the actual situation of the club.(3)The lack of a competition system is not only a problem in Wenzhou City,but also in the whole country.As a national pilot city,Wenzhou gains advantages in the competition.Wenzhou needs to break the barriers between industries and single-sports associations need to loosen restrictions on entry permission.As a pilot city,Wenzhou competitions must be innovative and dare to be the first.Then,amateur athletes and professional athletes will be just around the corner.
