Research On Training Mechanism Of Reserve Talents For Competitive Bicycle In Hebei Province

Hebei provincial bicycle project has set many records in the history of Competitive bicycle in China.Hebei provincial team members have participated in international bicycle competitions on behalf of China for many times and achieved remarkable results.At that time,Hebei provincial bicycle project was at the leading level in the same industry in China.But in recent years my province bicycle level is in gradually decline stage.Investigate its reason,in Hebei province sports bike backup talent cultivation system,mechanism and mode is a key factor to be reckoned with,it is necessary to study of the cultivation of reserve talented person to work,to find out the problems of competitive bike in Hebei backup talent cultivation work targeted Suggestions,in order to improve the level of competitive bike in Hebei province,Promote the healthy development of competitive bicycle in Hebei Province.In this study,14 staff and coaches of Hebei Provincial Sports School and194 reserve athletes of competitive bicycle were selected as the investigation objects,and the system,mechanism and mode of training reserve talents of competitive bicycle in Hebei Province were studied.The current situation of athletes and coaches and the selection,training,learning and competition of athletes are studied and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn（1）Unreasonable age structure of coaches,lack of middle-level coaches and low training quality of coaches,which affects the scientific level of training.（2）The level of scientific material selection in our province is low,the reserve of talents is insufficient,the quality is not high,the enrollment is difficult,the enrollment channel is single.The difficulty of going to school is a major problem leading to the brain drain in our province.（3）Athletes training funds can not be fully guaranteed,venue facilities are not perfect,there is a lack of bicycle equipment.Lack of competition times,unfair competition system,low level of referee sanction and lack of logistics and medical support are not conducive to the sustainable development of competitive cycling in Hebei Province.（4）Athletes have poor learning foundation,high training intensity,frequent training,and unreasonable training and learning arrangements have a great impact on learning,which is not conducive to athletes’ future solutions.（5）The coexistence of "three concentration","two concentration" and "one concentration" modes results in the uneven level of reserve talents,and the management system needs to be improved.（6）Under the leadership of the "the whole nation system",the training of reserve competitive bicycle talents in Hebei province is guided by the sports system through the form of "three-level training network" combined with "combination of sports and education",which is beneficial to the development of athletes’ sports skills,but cultural learning cannot be guaranteed.（7）The operation mechanism of reserve talent training in Hebei province is not smooth and needs to be improved constantly.
