"Where does the time go?" People asked about the whereabouts of time and spent day after day in day after day.When focusing on the teachers in the education field,they spend more time with students at school,the usage of teachers' time reflects the students' life at school,but also reflects teachers' self-survival state.With the country's intensive development of poverty alleviation,the important role of education in poverty alleviation has been increasingly valued.The area where the M Middle School is located has been lifted out of poverty.Therefore,education needs to meet the growing needs of the people,among which the requirements for the quality of teachers are increasing.Therefore,it has research value to choose the M middle school as an example for research.The research focuses on where the teachers' time has gone.It is guided by the direction of teacher time in the education scene.It is conducted from the five aspects of subject teaching time,class management time,other business time,collective activity time,and personal control time.The research methods of observation and interview can more comprehensively,objectively and intuitively demonstrate the real-time management of teachers.Obtained first-hand time management data of teachers' from the M Middle School,and conducted two semester observations and interviews with teachers and students of the M Middle School to truly show the current status of teachers' time management at school,and present a realistic image of teacher's time in the form of cases.The current status of teachers' time mainly shown from the three perspectives: the institutionalized time of the school,the schedule of the teacher's day at school,and the stories of teachers' extracurricular life.Teachers' one-day school time is quantified and qualitatively analyzed from a case perspectiveand a narrative perspective.Teachers' extra-curricular life stories focus on typical teachers to show and analyze teachers' time.Based on the findings,this study applies the fourth generation of time management theory,the Compass Theory,to provide theoretical guidance for the cause analysis of teachers' time,and analyzes time from the first four dimensions of life management thoughts,true north principles,role balance,and first things first.Influencing factors of management.Factors affecting teachers' time management are intricate and complex.Teachers' goals,primary choices,and time management ability have an impact on teachers' time.Proceeding from the factors that influence the direction of teachers' time,they should plan their lives,determine the true inner heart,clarify the responsibilities and priorities of teachers,and strengthen the time management ability of teachers.
