Just as Michel Fullan said,time distribution has become one of the most important issues on the analysis of educational reform.?With the development of preschool education reform, time distribution on the Preschool teachers' work is the key issue in modern preschool education.Preschool teachers' work time means the developmental space of them, which will materialize it to the benefit of preschool education.Therefore, to explore the preschool teachers' working time distribution will be beneficial to the developmental space of preschool teachers. The preschool teachers' reasonable working time distribution will be materialized to the efficient benefits for preschool education.This study mainly uses the method of observation and interview, recorded the working time distribution of eighteen weeks on this case, interviewed this teacher and other important ones in deep, shot the abundant image data,collected teaching plans of a semester, plans and reflection of activities etc. Meanwhile we recorded the study reflection of the author.On this basis, the author first analyzes the preschool teachers' working time distribution, then discusses the structure characteristics of this kind of work time distribution and there are two styles:one is the rhythm of the compact aggressive and the other is the fragmentation of working hours.Secondly, by studying the practice of preschool teachers working time distribution and it is concluded that:(1) The extension of working hours:preschool teachers'working time is more than eight hours, recessive working time extends preschool teachers working hours; (2) The imbalance of working time:preschool teachers'imbalance distribution of working hours for each part. (3) The continuous variation of working hours:the total variation of preschool teachers work on the 18 weeks time distribution, focus on the analysis the intensity variation of working time from rating preparation; (4) The multiple items of working time: preschool teachers'working time is full of multiple items, embodied in the go hand in hand' working time distribution, "welcome to disturb" working time distribution and time distribution of'context in the direction'.Finally, combining with the analysis, here are the following reflection and suggestion: we should care about preschool teachers'recessive working time, alert to the world colonization of preschool teachers'life; pay close attention to administrative guidance time, make teachers be the master of time; pay close attention to the nature of education time, let preschool teachers return to the standard role.
