In the era of learning for all and lifelong learning,education and its related training industry has developed rapidly,and the corresponding industry internal competition tends to be white hot.Among them,the competition focus among private education and training institutions also tends to the comprehensive quality of front-line recruiters,especially the front-line curriculum consultants,which is a core factor determining the development of education and training companies.M education company itself is an education and training institution with the core of "special to basic" education and training content.Under the background of the continuous increase of domestic education and training demand in the new era,it has also achieved steady development,and the corresponding course consultant team has been expanding.However,the current performance appraisal mechanism for front-line curriculum consultants is not very sound.For example,only focusing on the single indicator of the sales performance of curriculum consultants,this performance appraisal method obviously can not fundamentally motivate and manage the front-line curriculum consultants,which affects their own work performance,and will bring adverse effects on the healthy development of M education company.Therefore,how to build a scientific and sound performance appraisal and evaluation mechanism and improve the enthusiasm of the front-line curriculum consultants is one of the key problems that need to be solved in the development of M education company.First of all,on the basis of elaborating the background,significance,content and methods of the research,this paper clarifies the scientific thinking of thesis writing.Secondly,based on the research and application needs of performance appraisal,this paper summarizes the function,value,common methods and related theories of performance appraisal.Thirdly,taking m education company as an example,this paper adopts questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of the performance appraisal of the first-line curriculum consultants in the current stage of the enterprise,and finds that there are problems in the goal,content,mechanism and supervision of the performance appraisal.Then,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems in the performance appraisal of M education company's front-line curriculum consultants,and designs the performance appraisal system in line with m education company by using the KPI based on BSC,redesigns the key performance indicators,and calculates the weight value of each indicator by using the weight factorjudgment method.Finally,based on the perspective of ensuring the implementation of the performance appraisal system,this paper puts forward some specific implementation guarantee measures for the performance appraisal,and discusses its implementation effect to ensure the smooth operation of the new performance appraisal scheme.
