With the development of higher education,the status of financial management in higher education has been constantly upgraded.The full play of the functions of universities needs the effective support of the financial department.The quality of service and service efficiency of the financial department will be influenced by many factors.Industrial engineering has constructed a complete system of methods and ideas.Applying industrial engineering ideas and technologies to the improvement of financial management in universities will surely improve the efficiency and quality of its services.This paper intends to quote the concept and means of industrial engineering in the process of financial management service in universities,aiming at the problems arising in the process of service in the financial hall of A university.The purpose of the study is to explore the current situation and problems of the financial hall of A University through the use of the basic means of industrial engineering,and to study how to solve these problems so as to achieve better service quality and higher work efficiency.By using the "5W1H" questioning technology and process anatomy,this paper studies the business process of the financial hall,and analyzes the existing problems in financial reimbursement.Standardize the financial reimbursement system,construct the system;perfect the process according to the principle of ECRSI;handle the reimbursement queuing problem existing in the financial hall with the queuing model,can provide no waiting service for the accounting staff,through the priority matching of the call,greatly increased the satisfaction of A university teachers to the work of the financial department.Based on the continuous improvement of industrial engineering and the idea of process optimization,a method to improve the work of the financial hall is designed.By means of Anylogic simulation modeling analysis,the effect of queuing model is verified and the expected goal is achieved.In this paper,the basic methods of industrial engineering are used to provide useful suggestions for improving the efficiency and quality of service in the financial work of universities.First,the basic methods of industrial engineering are reviewed,and industrial engineering theories and methods are applied to the business process and on-site management improvement of A university financial hall.This is not only a further enrichment to the application field of industrial engineering,but also a reference for the application of industrial engineering in other universities.
