Analysis And Evolution Of Netizens' Emotional Tendency In Emergencies

Based on the analysis of emotion,analyze network public opinion the emotional tendencies of development regularity in the evolution process of netizens,refine emergency network public opinion characteristics of emotional tendency and the netizens emotional evolution process,through public opinion content and emotional attitude change way and the characteristics of Internet users,found that public opinion evolution law and the potential risk and provide decision support for public opinion guide,make public opinion control part can make effective response.online public opinions on emergencies will form at a very fast speed and spread rapidly in a short time.but also find out the deficiencies in the emergency response work,so as to provide a basis for the timely improvement of work and future decision-making.Generally speaking,the evaluation object of online public opinions on emergencies is not only the event itself,but also government departments,news media and other aspects.According to different evaluation objects,the words used by the public to express their emotions may be different,and the different network public opinions of evaluation objects may also show different characteristics in the evolution process.Therefore,the emotional tendency and the evolution of public opinions should be analyzed according to different evaluation objects.Based on theme found as the breakthrough point,this paper analyze network public opinion of the Internet users in the evolution process of emotional tendency development rule,to extract the theme of the paroxysmal network public opinion evolution characteristics with netizens emotional find out public opinion content and emotional attitude change way and the characteristics of Internet users,make public opinion control part can make effective response.and the research status of topic discovery,emergent network public opinion chapter expounds the basic theory of the research,including topic discovery,network information processing technology and the basic concept and characteristics of emergent network public opinion.Next,the original information collection method of netizens' emotions in sudden public opinion events is designed.Starting from the selection of sample data,the method of emotion data acquisition based on Python web crawler is established,and the pre-processing method of original data is proposed.On this basis,this paper discusses the topic discovery process of emergent network public opinion events and theextraction and output methods of netizens' emotional tendency in each stage,extracts the events,subjects,media and spatial elements of emergent network public opinion,and analyzes the characteristics and interwoven relations of these elements.According to the existing research,the police-related network public opinions are divided into four stages,namely the initial stage,the explosion stage,the repetition stage and the flat stage,and the analysis model of netizens' emotion in each stage and the derivation model of their emotion tendency are established,which lays a foundation for the following analysis of the expression of netizens' emotion tendency in each stage.Topic discovery process is the main line throughout the whole research,factor analysis is the basis of the research,and stage division is the necessary step to analyze the theme and emotional characteristics.The fifth chapter is case analysis,in the Sina-Weibo "Chongqing bus drop jiang case" as an example,through the heat calculation data crawl,public opinion,public opinion,to extract the keywords,emotional value,this a series of process calculation,the analysis of the theme and the emotion of the case,and proved the rationality of the theoretical study and applicability.
